Entering in the right way, from the difference of wanting the result, one can obtain the heavenly realm of enjoyment; from the difference of the cause, cultivating the four meditations, from the difference of the result, one can obtain the heavenly realm of enjoyment in the form realm; from the difference of the cause, cultivating the four formless absorptions, from the difference of the result, one can obtain the heavenly realm of enjoyment in the formless realm. These are all because those differences of the cause can obtain those differences of the result, so one should infer. The scriptures say that from cutting off the cause of karma and afflictions, one can obtain the Nirvana of cessation, which is the characteristic of no result arising. This should also be inferred because the difference of the cause can obtain the difference of the result. Therefore, your reason "because it is a different object" is not established. I have shown that the scriptures and inference are not different objects, so there is no contradiction or erroneous harm. Or, the Tathagata's saying "there is heaven and liberation" is as it is in reality, because it is to express that meaning, so according to that word, only through inference can one understand heaven and so on, so the reason is not established, and this itself becomes a fault. That is to say, the Tathagata's saying "there is heaven and liberation" is also through inference, so that others can understand its true meaning, so the scriptures and inference are not different in meaning. Those are also combined in order with the subject, the dharma to be established, the dharma of establishment, the example, and the conclusion. For example, the Tathagata said "there is heaven and liberation," that word is to express the meaning of heaven and liberation, so it should be inferred that it is as it is in reality. Similarly, the Tathagata's saying "there is heaven and liberation" is also to express the meaning of heaven and liberation, so it should be inferred that it is as it is in reality. Therefore, only through inference can others understand heaven and liberation and so on, so the scriptures and inference
