The reason for establishing the dharma is that they are mutually dependent. Because the agent is also dependent on the action, it is impossible to become a non-agent, therefore the non-action does not act. The action is also dependent on the agent, so it is impossible to become a non-action, therefore it is not the action of a non-agent, thus it is shown. Here, the concordant example is that for those who are not the agents of offering and those who are not the actions of offering, one should combine the dharma to be established, that is, that does not do this, this is not the action of that, and that the dharma to be established is mutually dependent. Here, the inference is the same as before for the agent and the action as one side. The difference is that those who are not the agent and not the action should be taken as one side. That is to say, previously the agent, becoming the action, does not act, for the inference of the establishing side, and the refutation and answer are reversed as stated. Here, for the side that establishes that the non-agent does not do the non-action, in reality, the non-agent Devadatta does not do the non-action in the continuum of Devadatta, because it is dependent, like the non-agent of offering, thus it is combined. Similarly, previously the non-action is not the action of the agent, for the inference of the establishing side, and the refutation and answer are reversed as stated. Here, for the side that establishes that the non-action is not the action of the non-agent, in reality, the non-action of the Devadatta continuum is not the non-action of the agent self Devadatta, because it is dependent, like the non-action of the offering continuum, thus it is combined. If some people say to us that the agent and the action are like this, autonomy is the agent, the agent's supreme intention is the action, because it is established by its own nature, it is originally mutually independent, therefore
