This is a close indication. Here, "Bhagavan" (Tibetan: བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་) refers to the Bhagavan who corresponds to the path that transcends the world, and not to those who possess merits such as the son of non-attachment who corresponds to the worldly path. Because this itself is the actual object of Bhagavan. The reason for being called "Bhagavan" (Tibetan: བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་) is that it transcends the destruction of the worldly path, and has become separated from and transcended the world. Alternatively, because all afflictions, aggregates, sons of gods, and the Mara of the Lord of Death have been conquered, it is Bhagavan. Alternatively, because it has been freed from the fear of the four Maras and does not arise, it is Bhagavan. Alternatively, because it has realized that the fear arising from the four Maras is non-existent and false, it is Bhagavan. Alternatively, because it possesses a share of merit and power, it is Bhagavan. Alternatively, as stated in the Sutra of the Holy Wheel of Reversal, "The dharmas that are like space, although they are greatly shown to embodied beings, they have no reliance on them, therefore they are called Bhagavan." It's like that. Here, when the Bhagavan previously practiced the conduct of a Bodhisattva, what cause did the Buddha Bhagavan manifest? Therefore, it is said, "Possessing the wisdom that generates joy with supreme compassion," and so on. Whoever is a Bodhisattva who possesses the wisdom of intelligence that generates joy with supreme compassion, that is the one who possesses the wisdom that generates joy with supreme compassion. The so-called "supreme compassion" refers to the Bodhisattva seeing the world wandering in the dense net of proliferation such as discrimination and annihilation, without any light, and then thinking, "Alas, how pitiful, the world is truly suffering!" When thinking like this, great compassion arises for the world. The so-called "compassion" is characterized by saving from suffering. The so-called "supreme" means great, because its object is the entire world. The so-called "wisdom that generates joy with supreme compassion" refers to the cause of generating great compassion, generating love for the world, and guiding beings to interdependence with the supreme vehicle.

The wisdom that thinks of teaching the supreme precious jewel. What is called elaboration is the supreme vehicle thinking of teaching the supreme precious jewel that arises dependently to beings. What is called increasing is the supreme increase, or increasing for each sentient being. What is called intelligence is wisdom, the supreme vehicle thinking of teaching the supreme precious jewel that arises dependently to beings. What is called possessing is that bodhisattva who has the intelligence of increasing joy with supreme compassion, that is called possessing the intelligence of increasing joy with supreme compassion. How does a Bodhisattva generate great compassion when he sees the world wandering in a dense web of elaboration such as permanence and annihilation, and without appearance? As it is said in the sutras such as the Questions of the Noble Jewel Cloud and the Especially Intentional Mind of Tsangkha, and the Questions of the King of Dharani Empowerment, what is the great compassion of the Tathagata? Son of a lineage, the great compassion of the Tathagata arises with thirty-two aspects in the boundless and limitless realms of the ten directions of the world, in an inconceivable nature. What are the thirty-two? They are: all dharmas are without self, but sentient beings do not believe in no-self, therefore the great compassion of the Tathagata arises for sentient beings. All dharmas are without sentient beings, without life, without person, without essence, without place, without basis, without I, without owner, without thing, without birth, without death and without birth, not defiled by all afflictions, free from desire, free from hatred, free from delusion, without coming, without going, without manifestation, without elaboration, emptiness, without characteristics, without aspiration, but sentient beings practice aspiration, therefore the compassion of the Tathagata arises for sentient beings.
