It is said that Brahma created all beings, and thus the world was formed and exists. If subtle particles constitute substances with parts such as earth in the order mentioned above, how can this be known with certainty? It is like fire burning upwards, wind flowing directly, and subtle particles and consciousness, which are invisible, are considered the creators of the first kalpa. Therefore, fire burning upwards, wind flowing directly, and so on, are the power of Dharma and non-Dharma. "To turn it back" means that the Vaisheshikas thus place the Madhyamikas in a position of refutation, that is, to make them abide in the previously stated argument. How to turn it back? Therefore, if the meaning of the reason "because it is other" is considered a quality, then it is a self-contradictory meaning. If it is considered a different meaning from this, then there will be the fault of fame. Having said the phrase "because it is other," from the words of the Madhyamika's argument, in the ultimate truth, the internal sources of arising do not arise from those other conditions, because it is other. And, if one wants to say other in the ultimate truth, then it is certain that the internal sources of arising such as the eye are established, not conditions, because they are not other. Whatever is said in this way is the meaning of the Madhyamika's reason, "because it is other." The meaning of the reason is also the meaning of the Madhyamika's reason, that is, the phrase "because it is other" itself. "If it is considered a quality" means that the meaning of the Madhyamika's reason, "because it is other," from the Vaisheshika's doctrine, six meanings of words arise, and from among the qualities, if it is considered "other," then it is a self-contradictory meaning, so it is not permissible. This should be connected in this way. So, what are the six meanings of words that arise from the Vaisheshika's doctrine? They are substance, quality, action, generality, particularity, and inherence. So, what is substance? There are nine kinds, namely earth, water, fire, wind, space, and time.

Aspects and, Self and, Mind. What are the qualities? There are twenty-four types, namely: form, smell, taste, touch, number, quantity, individuality, combination, difference, other, non-other, eye consciousness, ear consciousness, nose consciousness, tongue consciousness, body consciousness, pleasure, pain, desire, hatred, dharma, non-dharma, karmic force, effort. What is action? There are five types, namely: lifting, placing, contracting, extending, walking. What is the universal? It is existence, that is, the great universal and, the small universal. What is the particular? It is the difference distinguished from that. What is aggregation? It is aggregating here and there. Thus, from those six meanings of the Vaibhashika school, From the twenty-four qualities, If it possesses that which is called "other," then those atoms are also called "other," If it does not possess that "other," then those atoms are also called "non-other," Therefore, here, the reason you, the Madhyamika, say "because it is other," is also from the six meanings of the Vaibhashika school, from the twenty-four qualities, because it possesses that which is called "other," therefore the internal sources of arising do not arise from those other causes, And wanting to say "other," those that establish the internal sources of arising such as the eye, are definitely not causes, do you think so? That's what they say. Self The meaning of not being established is just that, like that, the meaning of your reason "because it is other," is from the six meanings that arise from our established tenet, from the twenty-four qualities, because it possesses that which is called "other," therefore your internal sources of arising do not arise from those other causes, And wanting to say "other," those that establish the internal sources of arising such as the eye, are definitely not causes, if you think so, Then that "other" that arises from our tenet, for you, is the meaning of not being established, Therefore, your reason is not established for anything, so it is not valid. If you think it is a different meaning from that, then it is said, Suppose the Madhyamika's reason
