This is a sectarian doctrine. The word "that" refers to birth. The reason for saying "having precedence" is that the birth of that cessation has precedence, so it is said that birth has precedence, that is, cessation, because cessation has precedence of birth. Like annihilation, this is a metaphor. Among them, like annihilation, this is what your author said. Because he said the order of "no cessation, no birth, no annihilation," after no birth he said no annihilation. Just as after birth, annihilation is prevented, because annihilation also has precedence of birth. It is reasonable to prevent annihilation after preventing birth. Like this, the continuum of birth is the nature of destruction, so, just as after preventing birth, annihilation is prevented, here too, after preventing birth, cessation should be prevented. Because cessation was prevented first, and birth was prevented later. Therefore, what the author said is wrong, this is the concluding remark. Other opponents say that even if measured by the characteristics of reason, there is no fault in this. After that, those who impose blame by creating the strangeness of women and outcasts, and by establishing other self-made faults, say so. In response to the opponent's statement, the commentator here says that because samsara has no beginning, there is no commitment to later prevent the birth that has preceding cessation, so there is a fault of uncertain reason. Among them, because samsara has no beginning, there is no commitment to later prevent the birth that has preceding cessation, this is shown as follows: If samsara had a beginning, then the cessation of things would only be birth having precedence. Therefore, if birth arises first, and then cessation is shown after it, and according to the same order, it is reasonable to also prevent cessation after preventing birth, then because samsara has no beginning, the birth of internal things is also the immediately past cessation called death having precedence, and the birth of external things is also from one cause to another.

Because it is seen that cessation precedes arising, not only is the cessation after arising not acknowledged, but also the arising after cessation precedes is not acknowledged to be refuted later. Saying "there is the fault of uncertainty" means that the reason you stated, "refuting the cessation after arising," has the fault of uncertainty. If cessation precedes arising, like annihilation, should cessation be refuted later? Or does arising arise from the cause of refutation, so should arising be refuted later? Because it is uncertain, your reason is not valid. This is the conclusion. It is not only because the reason has the fault of uncertainty that the teacher's work has no fault of language, but also it is said that "because refutation does not depend on the order of arising," therefore there is no fault of language either. Connect it in this way. This shows that for any treatise, if the meaning of the words that have become facts is distinguished, then it should be said, "This meaning of the words was distinguished earlier, this meaning of the words will be distinguished later." However, for this treatise, because all the meanings of the words such as cessation and arising are refuted, it is thought that what is desired can be achieved, therefore, from those meanings of the words, only which refutation is spoken, that refutation is in accordance with non-conceptual wisdom. Therefore, the order of refutation earlier and later and the order of words are not needed here. Therefore, it is said, "because it is an examination of meaning," because this is an examination and research of the meaning of the treatise, the nature of things, so it is not necessary to examine and research how to express it, the nature of sound and sound, and the nature of self-creation. Saying "even if the words are changed, the fault is equally present, so there is no fault," it is not only because of those reasons that it is unreasonable to blame the author, but also even if the words are changed, the debate and examination will still be excessively

Because it exists. Whenever you say, "Non-cessation, non-arising," you will then say, "Why not say, 'Non-arising, non-cessation'?" Arguing in this way, speculation becomes excessive. Whenever you say, "Non-arising, non-cessation," you will then say, "Why not say, 'Non-cessation, non-arising'?" Arguing in this way, speculation becomes equally excessive. Because (these two situations) are very similar, your words of refutation and speculation are like this. There is no fault, because the commentators measure the fault with those ways of answering. There is no fault in what other opponents have said about this occasion created by the teacher. Sixth fascicle. This treatise prevents the very nature of all conditioned dharmas, and therefore, even Buddhists cannot tolerate this treatise. Therefore, some of their own sects who want to prevent the composition of treatises say: Dependent arising has the characteristics of non-arising, etc., because it is unconditioned. It is also established on our side. Dependent arising is not unique to the Hearers, therefore, it is unreasonable to compose treatises. They say this. This is because this treatise prevents the very nature of all conditioned dharmas, and therefore, even Buddhists cannot tolerate this treatise. Here, the Hearer Vaibhashikas say this. Among them, the phrase "from their own sects," "own" refers to any sect on one's own side, those sects are "own." The word "sect" has the same meaning as "group," "class," and "collection." "Among" refers to those who belong to it. The word "from" has a definite meaning, meaning only from one's own sect, not from other sects. "Some" refers to the Hearer Vaibhashikas. "Treatise" refers to this treatise called "Madhyamaka." "Compose" refers to composing this treatise called "Madhyamaka," as well as remembering and doing this. "Wanting to prevent,"
