That will not cause harm. Some, judging by conjecture that the meaning of the argument is not correct, we do not necessarily hold that things arise only from others. Whatever arises, those arise only from others, because it is determined that they do not arise from themselves, therefore, even if otherness already exists from non-causes, there is no arising, if they say so, then the concise meaning of this passage is that previously the Madhyamikas said that eyes and other things do not arise from causes and other conditions. Because they are other, like grains and so on. The meaning of their argument is not correct, and in order to refute meaninglessness, they conjecture themselves. Things do not arise from dissimilar causes, but arise from similar causes. Here, "some" refers to their own sect. "Judging by conjecture that the meaning of the argument is not correct" means that previously the Madhyamikas said that eyes and other things do not arise from causes and other conditions, because they are other, like grains and so on. The meaning of their argument is not correct, and in order to refute meaninglessness, they conjecture themselves. "We do not necessarily hold that things arise only from others" means that we do not necessarily hold that eyes and other things arise only from causes such as mer mer po, and grains, and seeds, and all other things. "Whatever arises, those arise only from others, because it is determined that they do not arise from themselves" means that whatever has arising, such as eyes, arises only from similar others such as causes mer mer po, because it is determined that they do not arise from themselves. "Therefore, even if otherness already exists from non-causes, there is no arising, if they say so" means that because they hold this determination, therefore even from non-causes, such as grains and seeds, dissimilar others, eyes and other things

If, considering others, even if they already exist, other things of different kinds, such as eyes, will not arise from those things, if you say that. In order to answer such a statement, here is an explanation: If that statement is dedicated to refuting arising from self, then it is accomplishing what is desired. However, if it is dedicated to showing that the unborn arise from other, then in that case, it will also become the fault of similar refutation and examination, therefore that is also not permissible, it is said. Among them, "that statement" refers to the statement that says, "Whatever arises, those are definitely produced only from other, and not from self," because it is determined to be so. "Refuting arising from self is dedicated to" means that if the context of that statement is dedicated to refuting arising from self, and completely takes the side of arising from other, then the result of that is dedicated to refuting arising from self. If that is the case, what will happen? It is said: "It is accomplishing what is desired." If that is the case, you are accomplishing what I desire. However, "showing that the unborn arise from other is dedicated to" means that if the context of that statement, the conditioned dharmas, the unborn arising things, truly shows arising from other, and completely takes the side of refuting arising from self, then the result of that is that the truly conditioned dharmas, the unborn, showing arising from other is dedicated to. If that is the case, what will happen? It is said: "In that case, it will also become the fault of similar refutation and examination, therefore that is also not permissible." Previously, I truly refuted and examined that the internal sense bases, etc., are not produced from those other causes, because they are other. For example, like a vase. Also, truly wanting to say other, the things that accomplish the internal sense bases, such as the eyes, are definitely not causes, because they are other. For example, like the ribs of brothers, etc. You will have the same fault here as well, therefore that is also not permissible. If it is only denying arising from other, then the example is accomplishing what is desired.
