Just as light cannot arise from trees and dense bamboo forests, similarly, the light of transcendental wisdom cannot arise from the dense web of elaboration that pervades samsara. Therefore, it is called pervaded by the dense web of elaboration and without light. "Having seen that" refers to the Bhagavan, when previously practicing the conduct of a Bodhisattva, having seen that world. Having seen that, with what did he churn what? Therefore, it is said, "With wisdom, he manifestly churned the ocean of knowable objects." Just as here, gods and non-gods churned the ocean of milk with Mount Meru as the churning stick, and the nectar that arose from it, even if all beings were to drink it, they would still die. But the Bhagavan, having taken up and accumulated the burden of merit and wisdom, and having sat at the heart of enlightenment, with wisdom like the churning stick of Mount Meru, manifestly churned the knowable objects like the ocean of milk, and the nectar of suchness of all dharmas that he obtained from it, even if shown only once, is the cause for manifestly awakening to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. "With wisdom" refers to the wisdom that is thoroughly distinguished by the vajra-like samadhi, the wisdom that thoroughly distinguishes dharmas. "The ocean of knowable objects" refers to the knowable objects themselves being the ocean, therefore it is called the ocean of knowable objects, because it is as limitless as the ocean. "Manifestly churned" refers to having realized the suchness of things as they are. This is showing the cause of the Buddha Bhagavan. Second Chapter. Thus, when the Bhagavan previously practiced the conduct of a Bodhisattva, the Buddha Bhagavan accomplished such a cause, so what is the characteristic of the fruit in its own meaning? Therefore, it is said, "He obtained the nectar of suchness of all dharmas, completely separated from all webs of elaboration, not relying on others, and without conceptualization." "The nectar of suchness of all dharmas" is the basis of distinction, while "completely separated from all webs of elaboration" and "not relying on

The three, namely, 'not relying on others' and 'non-conceptualization,' are its characteristics. Among them, 'all dharmas' refers to all dharmas, external, internal, mundane, and supramundane. 'Suchness' refers to the suchness of all dharmas, and suchness is non-deceptive. That which does not change into anything else in the ultimate sense, and whose essence is emptiness, is called non-deceptive suchness. 'Amrita' means that suchness itself is amrita. If sentient beings realize it, they will be free from birth, old age, sickness, and death. Therefore, the suchness of all dharmas is like amrita, hence it is amrita. As it is said: In short, the Dharma is non-harming, Nirvana is emptiness. In this, there is only suchness, thus the Tathagatas have spoken. As it is said. 'Elaboration' refers to the activity of speech. Describing the aggregates, elements, sense bases, birth, cessation, and so on, is elaboration. 'Net of elaboration' means that elaboration itself is a net. For example, just as being covered by a net prevents one from moving freely, being obscured by the net of elaboration prevents one from entering Nirvana. Therefore, elaboration itself is like a net, hence it is the net of elaboration. 'Completely and thoroughly separated' means completely and thoroughly separated. 'Completely' means all. 'Thoroughly' means accurately, without inversion. 'Separated' means cut off. The amrita of suchness of all dharmas, which is the net of elaboration that describes the aggregates, elements, sense bases, birth, cessation, and so on, is completely and thoroughly separated. That is completely and thoroughly separated from the net of elaboration. The amrita of suchness of all dharmas is not only completely and thoroughly separated from the net of elaboration, but also, it is 'not relying on others.' 'Not relying on others' means that the amrita of suchness of all dharmas is not to be realized through other conditions, but is to be realized through oneself, and is to be generated by oneself.

It is the meaning of saying. The true nectar of all dharmas, not only does not depend on others, but also, like this, it is also non-conceptual. The so-called non-conceptual is to be free from the activity of the mind, without discrimination of the nature of self and the nature of others, existence and non-existence, and so on. After obtaining, it is after realizing, that is, the nature of the fruit's own benefit, the meaning of unsurpassed perfect complete enlightenment manifesting Buddhahood. This shows the nature of the fruit's own benefit of the Buddha Bhagavan. Thus, after the nature of the fruit's own benefit, the unsurpassed perfect complete enlightenment manifesting Buddhahood, what did the nature of the fruit's benefit to others do? Therefore, With the supreme vehicle, he declared to the beings, relying on the precious jewel of dependent arising, not exceeding birth, age, lineage, region, season, not common with all the heretics, hearers, and solitary Buddhas, relying on the conventional and ultimate truths, he taught with words such as birth and non-birth. This precious jewel of dependent arising is not common with all the heretics, hearers, and solitary Buddhas, because they have no faith in it. If they have no faith in this, then to whom did the Bhagavan teach? Therefore, it is said, with the supreme vehicle to the beings. Among them, the supreme vehicle is the Mahayana, because it has the merits of profound and vast dharmas such as skillful means, wisdom, and great compassion, and in order to accomplish all the unsurpassed benefits of oneself and others. Vehicle is the path of the Bodhisattva and its fruit, because from there to there. Supreme is the meaning of excellent, श्रेष्ठ (śreṣṭha, supreme) and main. The supreme vehicle to the beings, that is, those supreme vehicles, will surely be liberated from the harm of the suffering of samsara, possessing immeasurable merits, reaching the city of omniscient wisdom.
