, and if it becomes a tiny part, it is not like that. Therefore, Ishvara is not the creator of beings. If it is said that Ishvara is only one, but his desires are diverse, so the three realms become diverse, then for those who see diverse desires, there is no oneness. For example, like a crowd of people, therefore Ishvara is not the creator. Furthermore, if it is believed that Ishvara is eternal, minute, and without parts, then just as a cause produces an effect, the three realms should also be eternal, minute, and without parts. If it is not like that, therefore Ishvara is not the creator of beings. Moreover, if it is believed that Ishvara pervades everything, because the three realms are many, Ishvara would also become many, therefore there is no oneness. If it is believed to be one, then there is no pervading everything. Furthermore, if it is believed that Ishvara is minute, and what pervades everything is coarse, then how can Ishvara pervade everything? If it pervades everything, then how can it be minute? Like space, although it is one, it cannot pervade everything. Like this, if things are the same as space, because they are not produced, it is like a donkey's horn. Furthermore, does Ishvara create the world for the sake of play, or does he create it without any reason? If he creates the world for the sake of play, then joy arises, therefore relying on joy, he is not Ishvara. Furthermore, Ishvara's joy comes from the suffering of hell beings being cut, split, burned, boiled, and so on, and the fear of animals being born in the animal realm and eating each other, and the suffering of pretas being tormented by hunger and thirst, and the birth, aging, sickness, death, separation from loved ones, encounter with unloved ones, sorrow, and suffering of humans. If these arise, then he is a Rakshasa, how can he be peaceful?

Or it may change. However, if that joy itself arises from compassion, then compassion will not produce such suffering. Furthermore, there is no joy or compassion in distinguishing the world by differences such as rich and poor, healthy and sick, generous and stingy, short-lived and long-lived, foolish and wise, Dharma and discipline. Or, the universal behavior of the Isvara (Tibetan: དབང་ཕྱུག་) is like that, for example, if kings and officials do bad things, their servants will say "no mistake," and no one will refute it, and you are the same as them. Furthermore, this thing with an author seems to be measurable, for example, the pots made by the potter are so many, the cloths woven by the weaver are so many, if you say so, then the three realms are immeasurable, therefore, Isvara is not the author of the immeasurable world. The infinite and boundless sentient beings, producing all kinds of minds, all kinds of karma, are the cause of all kinds of sentient beings and the container world. Furthermore, those who believe in Isvara regard earth, water, fire, wind, and the act of sacrifice, sky, moon, and sun as eight secret forms, and prostrate to them, in that case, it is not allowed to urinate and defecate in the water, or throw garbage, or wash the buttocks and feet. Therefore, it is easier for those Persians who prostrate to the water god to do so. Furthermore, Isvara does not fully know the future, for example, the forms of the sun and moon are their own bodies, Rahu (Tibetan: སྒྲ་གཅན་འཛིན་) will devour the forms of the sun and moon, therefore one should not transform into Rahu, those who believe in Isvara should transform, and the kind of not transforming into Buddhas, because they do not know these, they transformed into Rahu and Buddhas. When the Asuras suppress the gods, Isvara will take the side of the Asuras.

Furthermore, it is said, as stated in the "Seventy Verses on Anger": "If with that mind one enters the Asuras, he becomes the enemy of the gods. If the Tathagata is not to be venerated, then what use is a layperson?" It is like that. It is sufficient to explain it incidentally. That is, the tenet of those who assert that things become real without a cause, and who consider the person (pudgala) as the cause, and the refutation of the non-arising of things from that, should be explained. Therefore, those who assert the person as the cause also vow that the person itself is the cause of the arising of all beings. Like the trunk of trees, like the water of crystals, like the branches of limbs, that is the cause of all embodied beings. Likewise, the person itself is all that has come into being and will come into being. Similarly, that is what moves, that is what does not move, that is what is far, that is what is near, that is what is in between, that is what is inside, that is all that is outside. If someone says, Thus it is said, and by this the tenet of those who assert the person as the cause is shown. Among them, the so-called person is called a person because it fills the three realms. Or, because it dwells in the city of the body, it is called a person. The so-called those who assert the person as the cause are those who have the view of the person as the cause, such as those who speak of the ultimate end of the Vedas. Therefore, they also vow that the person itself is the cause of the arising of all beings. Not only do those who assert Ishvara as the cause vow that Ishvara itself is the cause of the arising of all beings, but also those who assert the person as the cause vow that the person itself is the cause of the arising of all beings. Therefore, it is said, "Those who assert the person as the cause also vow that the person itself is the cause of the arising of all beings." Those who assert the person as the cause also prove that the person itself is the agent of all beings by the scripture called the Vedas. Therefore, in order to show their tenet.
