Nga. Having become the Lord, having become independent, going anywhere, possessing all desires, abiding in joy and happiness. All of these are shown by a single verse. Therein, "Who is the subtle, solitary place of origin?" This shows the subtle quality. "Hands and feet, eyes, face, and bodies, making many and destroying, therefore it is called subtle." Just as it was said, this shows the arising and destruction of the world of sentient beings. "By it, all these arise and are destroyed." This shows the quality of being vast. "Space, wind, earth, water, and fire abide, gathering and expanding, therefore it is called vast." Just as it was said, this shows the arising and destruction of the container world. "That is called the Lord of Power" shows the quality of having become the Lord. "Exercising power over all beings, those who abide and those who move, doing whatever they desire, therefore it is called having become the Lord." Just as it was said, this shows the arising and destruction of both the sentient and container worlds. "Bestowing the Best" shows the quality of having become the Lord of Power. "Relying on oneself, having independence, not having fear of anything, because all are under control, therefore it is called having become independent." Just as it was said, this shows the power to benefit and harm all beings. "God" shows the quality of going anywhere. "Places, food, drinks, and whatever else is thought of in the mind, following the mind without stopping, therefore it is called going anywhere." Just as it was said, this shows that the gods accomplish everything with their minds, kings accomplish everything with their words, and yogis accomplish everything with just the arising of their minds. "Worthy of Worship" shows the quality of being worthy of worship. "Being supreme in the three worlds, those who abide and those who move, because all beings remember, therefore it is worthy of worship." Just as it was said, this shows that

All beings should worship him. The term "achieving merits" means possessing all merits, as the verse says: Courage, dust, and darkness, wherever they may be, can be achieved merely by opening the eyes, hence the name possessing all wishes. As it is said, it means achieving all merits. The term "attaining extreme peace" means dwelling in the joy of merits. As the verse says: Liberation or the body of a god, whatever one desires, can be obtained as desired, hence the name dwelling in joy. As it is said, it means attaining the desired heavenly realm and liberation, dwelling in joy. The phrase "this being does not know" means that sentient beings have no autonomy. The phrase "I have no control over my own suffering and happiness" means that for that person who has not been seen, there is no power to create or diminish my happiness and suffering. So, by what means can happiness and suffering be obtained? Therefore, it is said: "Sent by the Lord of Freedom, or falling into a precipice, or only going to the heavenly realms." This shows that, sent by the Lord of Freedom, beings will fall into the lower realms or ascend to the heavenly realms. Among them, "sent by the Lord of Freedom" means considering the Lord of Freedom as the cause. "Precipice" refers to the characteristics of the three lower realms. "Heavenly realm" refers to gods and humans. "Only going to" means that due to the Lord of Freedom, one can only go there. In order to answer what they said, the commentator here says: This is merely a vow, and the Lord of Freedom, even in the mundane world, cannot be the cause of the birth of all beings, because he is the cause of joy and utter suffering for some, like a cowherd. And so on, this shows that the Lord of Freedom with eight merits, as they say, will be the cause of heavenly realms, liberation, and sentient beings' hells, etc., which is merely a vow. Therefore, it is merely what they think in their minds. Among them, "that" refers to
