The designation of "seeing" the unseen due to similarity is also conventional truth. That is: Not constant, not consciousness, not conceivable, without analogy, without characteristics, without appearance, without conceptualization, without letters. What is realized by the wisdom of seeing, is seen by not seeing. The meaning of the words "not constant" etc., should be understood as explained in the previous verses of homage. What is realized by the wisdom of seeing, that is, in a way that is without elaboration, what is realized by the wisdom of the characteristic of elaboration, the Dharma-nature that should be realized separately by one's own wisdom, also does not turn into an object of victory, because the self-nature of all Dharmas is not accomplished. Therefore, calling the unseen as seeing, is close to calling the unseen as seeing, as it is said in the scriptures, "The unseen is seeing." To summarize the aforementioned refutation of arising, it is: In terms of ultimate truth, not arising from self, not arising from other, not arising from both, not arising without cause, not arising from existence or non-existence, not arising from other. Desireless, independent, person, as well as nature, atoms, etc., things that arise from cause and are manifested, none of them exist. These two verses show that all things are pervaded by the absence of other forms of arising, and the absence of the cause of the producer and the manifestor. Furthermore, for it, self-nature and action, characteristics, base and characteristics, support and supported, oneness and otherness, all defilements, purification to be done, what is to be relied upon. For example, just like whipping in the sky, and the work of painting colors, and seeds are unborn, all distinctions are unborn. That is to say, the nature of unborn, depends on the nature of hardness, wetness, heat, lightness and movement, and depends on the actions of gathering, ripening and changing, and depends on the base and characteristics of the gathering of characteristics such as the dewlap and tail of cows, etc.

Like a vase and so on, forms and so on, relying on oneness and otherness, and relying on the afflictions of bondage and liberation, and all the discriminations based on what is to be purified, just as whipping the sky with a whip, and the various functions of colored drawings and seeds, etc., are unborn, so all those discriminations are unborn. On that which is unborn, all those discriminations are impossible, and in that way, it shows the non-discrimination of knowing that itself. Now, 'non-seeing is seeing itself,' which is established by reasoning. As the verse says: 'A clear eye free from cataracts, In a completely pure and stainless one, Hairs, flies, two moons, And peacock feathers do not appear. A wise person's afflictions and knowable things, The obscuring darkness and cataracts are gone, And in the stainless eye of true knowledge, Likewise, nothing appears.' This is like when the wind, bile, phlegm, and combined diseases, etc., have an excess of imbalanced components, becoming a thick cataract, one constantly sees unreal hairs, flies, and mosquitoes, etc. Then, a skilled doctor who is proficient in medicine, having properly prepared a good medicine for eliminating cataracts, and properly taking it, the power of the disease diminishes and one is freed from cataracts, and the eye becomes pure and stainless, and the hairs, etc., that were previously seen do not appear. Similarly, for a skilled yogi, when the eye of wisdom is obscured by the afflictive obscurations and the obscurations of knowledge accumulated from beginningless time, the self-nature of objects such as forms, which are fabricated by one's own discriminations, and their characteristics, and the basis of their characteristics, and their causes, and their results, and their oneness, and their otherness, and both, and existence and non-existence, and permanence and impermanence, and afflictions and purification, etc., the aspects of discrimination, with immeasurable different branches, appear as various objects that are differentiated by various differences. He completely takes the eye medicine of seeing the emptiness of the self-nature of all dharmas, which is the nature of having no object of focus, and the cataract membrane of the excess of faults such as desire is pacified, and the omniscient
