That consciousness of death and transference is also definitely existent, that is its definition. Furthermore, The death-transference consciousness of non-Aryas, Is the very nature of generating other consciousnesses, Because it possesses ignorance, Like that consciousness arises. This says that the death-transference consciousness of non-Arya children is the very nature of generating other consciousnesses, this is the proposition. Why? Because it possesses ignorance, this is the reason. What is the example? Like the past death-transference consciousness arises. Also in another way, the thought of the world's continuators, first establishing the previous view, in order to refute it. If the body and the sense faculties, Do not wish to be born from their own karma, Because of destruction, like a vase, Therefore there is no other world. This says that establishing the previous view, if you Buddhists think that the world is dominated by karma, is the place of birth of karma, is the follower of karma, is the distribution of karma, etc., with those bodies, sense faculties, and consciousnesses, do not wish to be born from their own karma, if that is the case, we do not wish, because of destruction, like a vase. The answer to this is: It itself did not do that thing, Others also did not do that thing, Therefore the world is not born from its own karma, What harm is there in refuting others? This says that in the occasion of examining karma, in the ultimate sense, we have already prevented karma from being done by itself, done by others, done by both. What harm is there in the other measure you speak of? If you say that things arise without relying on karma, then to that, It is not born from karma, The metaphor also does not exist. This says that some need to give such a metaphor: arising in dependence on karma. If it is said to be the external roots, leaves, petals, etc., therefore, Trees etc. arise on time, It is the dominion of sentient beings' karma, In the hell realms and heavens, Like swords and wish-fulfilling trees arise. Thus it is said, because there is no metaphor for karma-born, the world is not born from karma, thus it is said.

Okay. For the moment, one can also ask this question: From the elements, how does the nature of wisdom arise differently? This means that if things arise from a nature similar to their cause, then how does the nature of wisdom arise so differently from the inanimate great elements? As it is said: Earth, water, fire, and wind, when gathered together with space, just as sesame seeds have sesame oil, there is no consciousness. Here, the opponents argue: From the inanimate elements, the arising of consciousness exists, because it is something that arises, just like the power of intoxication from alcohol, and fire from a flint. This means that from the inanimate great elements, the arising of wisdom consciousness exists. Why? Because it is something that arises. For example, the power of intoxication arises from alcohol, fire arises from a flint, water arises from a water stone, grass arises from cow dung and sheep's wool, hair arises from horns, ash arises from wood, yogurt arises from milk, and so on, just like this, from the cause arises a fruit with a very different nature. In response to this: That is unreasonable. Why? Because the power of intoxication is not conscious, your example is not valid. This means that none of the examples you have given have consciousness, therefore, the example of consciousness arising from inanimate elements is not similar to the previous examples, so your example is not valid. Furthermore, because all the causes are of the same kind, the reason is also contradictory. This means that all those causes are of the same kind, because that is their power. If different fruits could arise from all things devoid of power, then water could arise from a flint, and fire could arise from a water stone. Just like this, the fruit of alcohol is intoxication, which is definite, so it arises from it, and nothing else arises, because from objects of the same kind but different aspects, fruits of different kinds do not arise, so your reason is that it is something that arises.
