, and, because all refutations of the omniscient and so on are not shown, therefore he is not omniscient, just like an ordinary person. If someone says: Naked wandering victor, because everything is not shown, therefore he is not omniscient. Having said this, (such as) the bull king etc. are uncertain. Because he speaks of the unspeakable, therefore he is not omniscient. If it is thought that this is to negate non-existence, then it is non-existent, because not everything is the non-existence of everything. Knowing that is not omniscient, saying this is establishing what is already established. There is also no following what is to be established, because ordinary people do not fully know all things. Because everything is not shown, it will also become showing that everything does not exist, therefore it becomes that one part of the proposition is the reason. The example as the establisher is also not possessed. Furthermore, if it is negating non-existence, then not everything is the non-existence of things. Whoever knows that is called omniscient, whoever is omniscient, that is the Tathagata. Whoever is the Tathagata, then the meaning of the name of the omniscient applies to him, that is, he speaks truthfully in this way, therefore he is called Tathagata. What is suchness? It is the nature of the non-existence of all things, he knows and proclaims that. Similarly, whoever has long abandoned the sleep of ignorance is the Buddha. Whoever is the Buddha is the one who has long abandoned the sleep of ignorance, therefore the name is established from seeing the result, just like heroes and so on, (such as) the bull king etc. do not possess this. Or, if it is negating in the sense of inferiority, then not knowing everything means knowing a little. Whatever unpredicted things etc. you have made as the former, that is also why he is the only omniscient. For this, for the time being, the Blessed One knows the fourteen things that have not been predicted. Even so, because it is not suitable to show to the inferior beings among the listeners, it is not that it is not shown, how is it not suitable to show? If the Tathagata makes a mistake

If it is said that they arise mutually, then because they are under the control of karma and afflictions, they will become the same as ordinary beings. If it is said that they do not arise, then like a extinguished candle, the continuity will be cut off, and the aspirations made will be fruitless. If it is said that they both arise and do not arise, then like fire having both contradictory qualities of cold and heat, there will be faults. If arising is established, then the non-arising that negates it will also be established, and it will not arise. If non-arising is established, then the not-non-arising that negates it will also be established. Since neither is established, neither is shown. The Thus-Gone One, who acts for the benefit of all sentient beings, shows nirvana where the work of benefiting sentient beings is completed, like a fire that goes out when the firewood is exhausted. Again, where he sees that it is in accordance with the actions of those to be tamed, he creates a body obtained from the nature of reality and blazes, like a fire that blazes from piling up many firewood. Therefore, the Blessed One has not said anything such as the Thus-Gone One will arise from now on, and since arising and non-arising are not at the same time, he has not said the two, arising and non-arising. Since neither is established, and therefore there is nothing to be negated, he has not said that neither is the case. Although he knows that the world is permanent, etc., through the arising and ceasing of things, he has not said it, because the continuity of the aggregates changes due to the cessation of the previous one, so the world is not permanent. Because another continuity of aggregates arises from its cause, the world is also not impermanent. It will also not become both permanent and impermanent, because it is contradictory. If something is permanent, then in order to negate it, impermanence will also be established. If something is established as impermanent, then in order to completely negate it, not impermanent will also be established. Since permanent and impermanent are not established, it will also not become neither permanent nor impermanent. The world
