The so-called "desire" is also like that. It is unreasonable to think that what is born is unspeakable, because the refutation of it has been explained earlier. Even if it is unspeakable, in the conventional truth, it will be mistaken for the ultimate truth. That is to say, for the self-nature born of complete establishment, it is unreasonable to be unspeakable, because the refutation of it is: what is said has commonality, it is the cause of the consciousness that appears in it, it has such a self-nature, so it is unreasonable to be unspeakable. And so on, these have been explained earlier. If in some way it is considered unspeakable, even so, that is the conventional truth, do not mistake the conventional truth for the ultimate truth. Also, because there is no other ultimate truth in the ultimate truth, if you want to see the ultimate truth, then the vase has no other vase, why don't you want to see it? That is to say, if there is no second other ultimate truth in the ultimate truth, if you want to see the ultimate truth through the ultimate truth of emptiness, then the vase has no second other vase, why don't you want to observe the ultimate truth by seeing it? If someone thinks that although non-discrimination is unspeakable, in the Dharma realm, it is as pure as the water realm, gold, and sky, because they want to be pure, so they think that there is only purity in the mind, then I will refute this view: In order to cover up the faults of your doctrine, it will not be liberated from afflictions, gold, etc. will change with various conditions. That is to say, if there are conditions such as dust, dirt, and clouds in the water realm, gold, and sky, they will appear impure, and if there are no such conditions, they will appear pure, and they will become impure, and then become pure again, similarly, if the Dharma realm is also like this, sometimes it will become pure, sometimes it will become impure, this is only said to cover up the faults of your doctrine, the Dharma realm will not be liberated from complete afflictions, nor will it become pure. Because gold, etc. will change with various conditions, so the metaphors of gold, etc. are...

Therefore, if it cannot symbolize the Dharmadhatu, it is not acceptable. If it is like this, then it becomes reasonable. The sky is always pure, due to the purity and impurity of the eyes, wanting a sky with and without impurities, the nature of all phenomena is the same. For example, just as someone with cataracts, due to weakened senses, sees hair strands, flies, and unreal webs all over the sky. Similarly, by using eye medicine that cures cataracts, the eyes become clear, and therefore one sees the sky without any hair strands, flies, etc. However, when the senses are weakened or not weakened, when one sees the sky as impure or pure, the sky itself does not undergo any change. Similarly, for the Dharmata, which is naturally pure, those whose eyes of wisdom are completely impure see it as having impurities. By using the eye medicine of contemplating emptiness, those whose eyes of wisdom are pure realize that it is without impurities. However, when wisdom is impure or pure, when one sees the Dharmata as impure or pure, the Dharmata itself does not undergo any change. Therefore, it is said: Impurity and so on are mental delusions, they are the dharma of the agent, not the dharma of the object. Just as the sky appears impure and pure, this is a mental delusion, it is the dharma of the agent, that is, the collection of mind with body, senses, and consciousness, and not the dharma of the object to be cognized, such as the sky. Similarly, the so-called Dharmadhatu being impure and pure is also the dharma of the agent, that is, having inverted consciousness and correct consciousness, and not the dharma to be cognized by the Dharmadhatu. Therefore, what you said, "It is with impurities and without impurities," is unreasonable. Furthermore, focusing on it is not pure, and it itself should not be considered an object of focus. That is, the wisdom that focuses on the Dharmadhatu should not be pure, because if one focuses on it, that wisdom itself cannot be established as non-conceptual. The Dharmadhatu itself should not be considered an object of focus, because ultimately, the so-called Dharmadhatu itself is without an object of focus. Furthermore, if it itself is substantially existent, then...
