If not, there is no following. Constantly arising in another place, relying on the continuum of formations, wandering in delusion like fire and so on. That is not the conventional truth either. The traveler, as distinguished by the Samkhyas, is not reasonable as the ultimate truth, because the collection is not a substance, or because there is no movement. If the collection were a substance, since the collector is not grasped, there is nothing to grasp. Like that self, that is not reasonable, because those are not substances. The negation of other things is also well explained by that side. If one wants to admit that reality exists, because there is samsara and liberation, when and how is it conceived? If those natures are analyzed, when it is not grasped, how is it bound and from where is it liberated? The essence is not existent, like illusion and dream, and it is appropriate to obtain its own distinction from the power of its own causes and conditions. Name and form are not reasonable in the ultimate truth to be in samsara, because they are compounded, like external things such as earth, which are not desired. If name and form were the ultimate truth, how would they ever be liberated? Because they have birth and destruction, like external things such as water. A person does not turn in samsara or liberate in reality, because it is imputed like a house, because it is spoken of like a mountain. Or sentient beings are not sentient beings, because they have causes like a pot, because they have birth and destruction, because they are knowable like coming. Because a person is unspeakable, it does not become a real entity, the fragrance and white mixture are unspeakable, the son of a barren woman changes indefinitely. Thus, the aggregates are without self, and there are no soulless sentient beings. The wise should understand this with an impartial mind as appropriate. In the collection of body and senses, it is acceptable to recognize no self, because it has causes like a pillar, or it is accumulated like an anthill. Those who assert the existence of self with reasons such as memory, recognition, and the arising of consciousness, their assertions are not established. If one establishes the existence of self on the body with senses, that assertion does not become common, because there is no following. If the word self is like its meaning, because it is closely taken for someone, like the sound of a lion, etc.

If so, I will not become an accomplished one. If consciousness is directed towards an object, and it is established as real for others, it will become contradictory because it is separate from permanence and pervasiveness, etc. Therefore, for anything, I do not wish for bondage and liberation in the ultimate truth. By concealing what has gone and what has not gone, similarly, no further explanation is given to the mind. When the mind ceases, and when it manifestly inclines and arises, what is it that one wishes to be attached to? One does not wish for attachment even to cessation. If it is said that one is attached while arising, then what does it matter if one manifestly inclines to arise? One does not wish for that in the unarisen, because there is no action without a basis. When arising, arisen, and unarisen, it is said that even the eye has no attachment. The inexpressible mind is also not attachment, because it is inexpressible like desire. If the mind is attached, consciousness wishes to be attached, like paint adhering to glass, then how is its mind attached? Therefore, because there is no attachment, all discriminations of desire are conventional. Like desire, all phenomena should be understood accordingly. If a thing depends on substance, then it is not different from it. Therefore, just like desire, it is not reasonable for attachment to arise in the mind. Desire cannot be different from attachment, because without grasping attachment, there is nothing to grasp. Even if attachment itself is different, it does not become unattached like other things. The mind that discerns objects is not different from desire, because the object and so on are the same, and there is no other different cause. Therefore, aggregation is one's own nature, having aggregation in dependence on arising, one wishes to show difference, like flowers blooming on a tree. Because it is abandoned, it is nirvana. Because that reasoning is not reasonable. Nirvana in the ultimate truth is not the nature of existence and non-existence. If nirvana is real, because it is a thing, it is conditioned. Because it is conditioned, it is not an antidote, for example, the cessation of conditioned things. If it is unreal, it will change depending on others, because there is no thing, like destruction. That is not wished to be an antidote, because depending on others is like destruction. That cannot be unconditioned, because the refutation has been shown above. What is the difference from the liberated mind that is thoroughly contemplated by the Samkhyas? Arising from the churning stick of afflictive emotions and conceptual thoughts,
