Is it that the reason for the action is not established? It is contradictory in meaning. Here it is said: Then, listen to this other inference to establish the goer. The goer is definitely existent, because there is a term corresponding to it. Here, what does not exist does not show correspondence to it, just as one does not say "horned rabbit." Because there is this term corresponding to the goer, "Devadatta is a goer," therefore, the meaning of the thought is accomplished. Here it is said: Regarding this, is the term "Devadatta is a goer" considered to be truly of the goer, or is it considered to be of the non-goer? To that, for the time being, the goer does not go, because the word "for the time being" is relative to the order. "The goer does not go" means that the commitment is placed nearby. My words are shown in this way: those who only follow the sound, are not skilled in distinguishing the Dharma, whose intelligence is diminished by wrong views, who turn their backs on morality, meditation, and wisdom, who themselves have entered the wrong path, and others as well. "If secret words are damaged by sound and letters, then wrong connections do not show their meaning. The vajra words destroy offerings, just as the enemy of Indra is destroyed by sound." And when the asuras said "hela yo hela ya," they were oppressed by Naza, and the unaccomplished ones spoke distorted words, thereby practicing the act of cutting off the accomplishment offerings of those with words, and so on. And if a single sound is well connected, it also accomplishes good deeds, these will be practiced in the world. Like this, whether it is the words of others, or one's own words, or the common words of both, the nature of the root of language that is definitely present, is only following the sound, therefore it cannot be established as one's own words, saying so is introducing there, in order to abandon attachment to it. To them, it should be said like this: the root of language of other words is not the nature of other words, because it is not the common words of both, and it is the root of language, just like one's own words.

The root of language with words should also be spoken in that way. Similarly, the root of language with two words is not the nature of two words, because it is the root of language, so it is like others. For those who speak definitively, because they speak after the sound combined with the special, and the progression of the order of combination and differentiation, it is established as the nature of words, so there is no harm in conventionality, it should be said like this. The goer does not go, for this, the goer is because he has action, so his dharma is the very possession of action. For example, by the power of what is to be established and the dharma of establishment, so it is different from that. Here the word of combination is, in the true sense, the goer does not go, because he has action, like the dweller, so for a while the goer does not go. Others say, the non-goer goes, so there is no harm to what we have established. Here it is said, the non-goer does not go. When, in name, the goer who is called having gone is also not suitable to go. The non-goer is empty of going, that is, he does not go, because he is separated from going, so it is thought. If he is not a goer, then how does he go? If he goes, then he cannot be called a non-goer. Or again, the non-goer does not go. This means that it is a simile of similar dharma that is closely established. Here, by the very nature of not having gone, it should be known that the non-goer is to be established, because it is said that the non-goer does not go. The dharma of the non-goer is that he is separated from going, so the dharma of establishment appears. Therefore, the word of combination is, in the true sense, the non-goer also does not go, because he is separated from going, like others. For the party of those who look at food, and for one's own party, it should also be said in the same way. For the Samkhyas, for those who establish the fault of establishment on the established, one should refute and examine, who is that non-goer? If it is said that going is not clear, then it is a subsequent inference harm.
