It is not said because of not understanding, but because there is an author, for example, like the treatises of the Vaisheshika school and others. The meaning of those vows should also be examined in detail and refuted as before. The Vedas have an author, because they are to be recited, for example, like the treatises of the Vaisheshika school and others, therefore the Vedas also have an author, because they are to be recited, such a reason is uncertain. If the words of the Vedas are not fabricated, because the author is not remembered. That is not good, because it is difficult to indicate the concomitance of the reason. It is said in the scriptures: the definite saying is the definite mountain, the poetry is the pleasing mountain, the continuation of the solar dynasty protecting the government is the mountain with blessed pigeons. Therefore, the meaning of the reason is not established in itself. If it is said that the clear ones have no faults, that side cannot either, because the clear ones are refuted as before. The words of the Vedas are fabricated, because the order of the words is indicated in order to easily understand the meaning that one wants to understand, just like the words of the treatises of the Samkhya school. Similarly, the remaining limbs as shown, because of the reasons of having desire, and being able to be held, and being able to be spoken, and having meaning, and accomplishing Dharma, etc., one should also speak extensively about the subsequent inference. The wise ones examine in detail the sound, the sound has no self-nature, because it is the object of root consciousness, just like form. Sound is not to be clarified, because it is the cause of understanding, just like the cause of limbs. Similarly, because of the reasons of existence, and being able to be spoken, and being knowable, and accomplishing Dharma, and joy, and the continuation of complete suffering, etc., one should also speak extensively about the subsequent inference. From this, one should also understand the refutation of saying that the gods who have not appeared before should be clarified. It should be known that the Vedas were created by the author, the immoral one, because there is harm, etc.
