Likewise. Similarly, cause and effect being different entities will never be reasonable. Why is that? Because faults should be pointed out in order: If cause and effect are the same entity, then the producer and the produced become one. The producer and the produced, such as father and son, if they become one, this is not desirable. Here, one can skillfully use rhetoric to establish a similar example: If wood is fire, then the agent and the action become one. As the principle stated therein. Therefore, it can be known from the example widely known in the world that cause and effect are not the same entity, because they are the producer and the produced, for example, father and son. This is for the moment in terms of the aspect of oneness. On the other hand, if cause and effect are different entities, then cause and non-cause become the same. Because it is different from the effect, for example, being different from that, this is also not desirable. The Dharma nature of cause and effect is considered to be the non-difference of cause, therefore it can also be known here that cause and effect are not different entities, because it is the non-difference of cause. For example, the self-nature of cause. Also, if the cause produces the effect, then do the permanentists produce something that already exists in the way that the effect previously exists? Or do the worldly heretics produce something that does not exist in the way that the effect previously does not exist? To this, if the self-nature of the effect exists, then what will the cause produce? Thus, the self-nature of the effect exists, because it is difficult to explain even in conventional terms, and it will fall into the faults of promises and so on as previously stated, it should be understood in this way. This is for the moment in terms of the first examination. In terms of the second examination, if the self-nature of the effect does not exist, then what will the cause produce? If the self-nature of the effect does not exist, like a sky flower, it arises because it is difficult to explain even in conventional terms, and it will fall into the faults of promises and so on as previously stated, it should be understood in this way. Previously, if the effect is not empty, it does not

Has become. It does not become the extinction of emptiness. That emptiness is not extinguished, and it also becomes unborn. How does emptiness arise, and how does emptiness cease? That emptiness is also unextinguished, and it also becomes unborn. These show that the cause is without self-nature from the perspective of the effect. Now, it is shown that the cause itself is without self-nature, and the difference lies here. Therefore, if one examines it completely in this way, it is unreasonable for the cause to produce the effect in the ultimate sense. Therefore, if there is no arising, the cause itself is not reasonable. It is said in this way, according to the manner described above. Among them, in the ultimate sense, the cause produces the effect, because it is the cause of the effect. If it is said in this way, this reason is not established in the ultimate sense. If it is said to be a conventional reason, then it is contradictory, because it only exists in the dissimilar aspect. Here it is said, in the ultimate sense, the cause produces the effect, because it is said that this is this. For something that does not produce anything, it is not said that this is the effect of the cause, for example, it is not said that the horn of a female yak is the limb of this. For this, it is said that the effect of this eye is this eye consciousness, or that the effect of this seed is this sprout. Therefore, the reason is established, and the desired meaning is established. Here it is said, if the arising and ceasing of the effect exist in the ultimate sense, then from the arising of the effect, the cause is also reasonably the cause, and it can also be said that the effect of this cause is this. Since that does not exist, if the cause itself does not reasonably exist, from where will the effect arise? Therefore, since that is not established, the meaning of the reason is not established, or it is contradictory. Others say that the effect will arise in the aggregate, and time is also a part of the aggregate. Therefore, because it is the cause of the accomplishment of the effect, the reason is not the non-establishment mentioned earlier. We also do not think that the effect arises only from the cause, therefore the cause does not produce the effect.
