Therefore, think in this way. Or, the idea that taking hold of the nature of non-grasping is taking hold, is because a reversed consciousness arises in that place, so grasping is not excellent. Or, the idea that since quiescence is liberation, if there is nothing at all, what could be better than not grasping onto anything? But that grasping is not excellent. Therefore, for those who desire it, because they have wishes, the meaning of that reason is either unestablished or contradictory. Therefore, if examined in this way, the conclusion should be made by showing that in reality, the bondage of actions, sentient beings, and individuals, and liberation, are not reasonable. For what has no arising of nirvana, and no cutting off of samsara, what is samsara for that? And how should nirvana be examined? Here, in reality, the nature of samsara and nirvana, like space, is undifferentiated by being of one nature, because it is the object of non-conceptual wisdom, and because it is the nature of no arising and no ceasing. Although nirvana is the act of benefiting, there is no way to superimpose on nirvana in terms of reality and permanence, etc. Although samsara is the act of harming, it cannot be cut off. Therefore, the statement that it is unreasonable to differentiate between samsara and nirvana, that is, superimposition and defamation, is because it is the object of the power of consciousness's discrimination, and the object of the object is the nature of arising and ceasing, so think in this way. Or, on the conventional side, in order to make beings who are to be tamed approach nirvana, one superimposes on nirvana, with the aspect of the quiescence of afflictions, that quiescence exists, contemplating only the non-arising of future actions. And in order to generate aversion to samsara, one says that samsara is full of many sufferings, its nature is like dreams, illusions, water moons, mirages, etc., arising from the continuous causes and conditions since beginningless time.

It merely reveals that the statements referring to one's own things as "actions" should be abandoned. However, from the ultimate point of view, since "actions" are not established, there is no birth of anything, and that is nirvana. Since that itself does not exist, there is no production of nirvana either. Those "actions" that are not born by their own nature are peaceful like nirvana, so it is unreasonable to abandon them, and therefore there is no abandonment of samsara either. Thus, from the ultimate point of view, all dharmas are of the nature of no birth, non-dual, utterly secluded, and of one taste. In which, there is no production of nirvana, nor is there an abandonment of samsara. What then is samsara? And how should nirvana be examined? Because there is no difference in what is to be realized, therefore there is no difference in mind, so it is not appropriate to conceive of that object as different. It should be understood in this way. Therefore, the opponent first argues that, from the ultimate point of view, internal things themselves have self-nature, because there is bondage and liberation for them. The meaning of that reason he stated is not established. Here, the meaning of the refutation is to show that samsara and nirvana are both without self-nature by criticizing the opponent's stated proof. Therefore, son of lineage, thus it is that the Bhagavan neither abandons samsara nor attains nirvana, but he does teach the complete turning away from samsara. In this, there is no one who completely transcends samsara, nor is there nirvana to be subsequently attained. Why is that? Because in equality, there is neither samsara nor nirvana, neither defilement nor purification. And so on. Similarly, suppressing with great force, there is no samsara or nature of samsara in form. Similarly, there is no samsara or nature of samsara in feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness. That which is without samsara or the nature of samsara in form, feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness is the Prajnaparamita. And so on, and similarly, Brahma...
