Because the action itself excludes the possibility of being spoken of in those terms. If one vows to say that it is truly existent, there is the fault of excluding the distinction of the subject. Furthermore, if there is a person in the moment of the realm of nirvana without remainder of aggregates, then it would become the fault of permanence; if there is not, then it would become the fault of annihilation. If it is not to be said as being and non-being, then it is speaking in accordance with the Madhyamikas. If it is said that consciousness, objects of experience without discrimination such as form, etc., although they are not to be designated as being and non-being, are like things that are existent. Just like that, it is said: If the self exists in liberation, it becomes permanent; if it does not exist, it becomes impermanent. Although the person is not to be spoken of, the wise are not unable to understand. If you say so, that is not reasonable, because if things are existent, then it would become the fault of being able to be spoken of as itself and other, because it contradicts the established tenet. Ultimately, this mind of the person is not one that has an object of real existence, because it is mind. For example, like the mind of a pot, etc., because the person is not established as a real entity, therefore, ultimately, there is no liberation for him. If the person is truly existent, because it is to be cognized, like form. Then, that is uncertain with the horn of a rabbit, etc. The very fact of being cognizable, if it does not have impermanence, etc., it will not arise, therefore, establishing a dharma that is not in accordance with permanence, it is also contradictory in meaning. Some of their own schools say: Actions, arising continuously from one cause and condition to another, arising together with desire, etc., and because they are bound by desire, etc., which obstruct liberation and going to happy migrations, therefore bondage is also established. These bound ones, because the light of correct wisdom arising from hearing the holy Dharma and proper attention, etc., dispels the darkness of ignorance, therefore they are certainly liberated from the bonds of desire, etc., therefore liberation is also established. These are also the fruits of

Since the momentary cause ceases at the time when the moment does not arise, it is not permanent. Since the cause is permanent, it is also not impermanent. Therefore, there is no fault in showing both sides. Here it is said: 'Conditioned things, whose nature is to arise and cease, do not bind, are not liberated, and do not change, like the former.' This means that, like the former, it is said that conditioned things, which are impermanent, are not suitable for samsara and nirvana, as previously shown. How is it that, in reality, the internal conditioned things are not suitable for samsara? Because they are impermanent, like external pots and so on. In reality, impermanent things are not suitable for nirvana, because they are impermanent, like external things and so on. Just as it is shown, here too, conditioned things, whose nature is to arise and cease, are not suitable for bondage and liberation. Therefore, all conditioned things that are completely conceived by other schools are not suitable for samsara and nirvana in reality, because each moment of conditioned things ceases, or remains at another time, or is said to be permanent or impermanent in nature. Those that are conceived are of the nature of arising and ceasing. Alternatively, 'Conditioned things, whose nature is to arise and cease, do not bind, are not liberated, and do not change.' This means that, for conditioned things that are definitely not abiding, the nature of bondage and liberation, the state of being experienced at different times, is impossible. Alternatively, 'Conditioned things, whose nature is to arise and cease, do not bind, are not liberated, and do not change.' This means that conditioned things, such as desire and so on, and those that arise together, cease. For those that are not bound, it is not suitable for liberation to arise in the next moment, or it is contradictory. It is said in the Characteristics: 'The mind of the non-learner is arising, and is completely liberated from obscurations.' It is said. The arising is also of the nature of being defiled and not being defiled, and the same fault occurs. That which is not to be said also becomes defiled like defilement, so that which is of the nature of being defiled and not being defiled, that which is not to be said
