Because the faults of those reasonings have already been pointed out before, and because of preventing birth, and because of preventing the self-nature of things, and because the establishment spoken of by the opponent is not accomplished, it is unreasonable to say that "actions that do not perish transmigrate." Some atomists and their own schools say: "Impermanent actions are indeed transmigration, but it is true that there is no transmigration for those that are permanent and have not arisen with differences between before and after." For the sake of those, it is said: "Even if impermanent, it does not transmigrate." Like this, for those that are impermanent and completely destroyed, there is no rebirth. Therefore, it is unreasonable for those to constantly act and arise, and to transmigrate in the five realms. Or, for those that are impermanent, because it is inferred that there is no transmigration due to the nature of impermanence, transmigration is prevented. Because there is a fault of preventing the self-nature of the dharma on the promise, therefore it is said: "Even if impermanent, it does not transmigrate." This is said in the context of "actions." Or, "Even if impermanent, it does not transmigrate" is like the actions of outsiders, which is the remainder of the words. In that way, this is a word that is made as a common example of not transmigrating, and is characterized by the difference of the dharma of impermanence itself, just like "what is made is impermanent." Here, the combining word is that, ultimately, internal actions should not reasonably transmigrate, because they are impermanent, like external pots and so on. If it is thought that sentient beings transmigrate because actions, whether permanent or impermanent, should not reasonably transmigrate, then the same refutation and examination are applied to that, namely: Is the sentient being permanent? Or is it impermanent? If both are promised to transmigrate, then the answer is the same, namely, the permanent does not change because there is no difference between the previous and subsequent stages, and the impermanent also does not transmigrate because it does not arise after destruction. Therefore, sentient beings also have the same order. This is the concluding word in the manner of negation. Therefore, for the aspect of sentient beings being permanent and impermanent in transmigration, there is also the fault of the promise and the harm of inference, just like before. Would those who say that actions and sentient beings are impermanent refute? Actions and sentient beings are destroyed.

The formations with causes, and those arising from the causes of the subsequent continuums of sentient beings, are free from faults because the antidotes have not arisen, and because the cycle is accomplished by constantly revolving. If you say so, that is not good, because just like the immediately preceding condition, the formations and the destruction of sentient beings are abandoned as being the very condition of the subsequent moment, and because the fault of the pledge has not been abandoned, and because those who say so are harmed by inference, it is not without fault. Here, the worldly Lokayatas say, "Formations and sentient beings, permanent and impermanent, do not revolve." Saying so is proving what is already proven, as it is said: Whatever is the object of the senses, a person is only that much. Whatever the blue lotus, the learned, say, those are like the tracks of jackals. Beautiful women use and enjoy well, the excellent body of yours is gone, and there is nothing there. The fearful has passed and will not return. This body is only an accumulation. From this world, no dharma goes to another world, and nothing comes here from the world before being in the womb, because in order to prove the meaning that there is a world before being in the womb, the consciousness before being in the womb becomes the consciousness that is immediately ceased, because it is consciousness, just like the consciousness after that. Those who say such proofs have no example, because they remain until they die.
