If examined, suffering should not be created by the person-self. Therefore, since suffering is not established as being created by the person-self, suffering should also not be created by others. Here it is said: Suffering is not other than that person, because suffering creates suffering, from a nominal perspective it is also said that suffering is created by me, and whatever suffering exists, that itself is not a person, so from a nominal perspective it is also said that suffering is created by others. Here it is said: For the moment, suffering is not created by me, that itself did not create that. For the moment, saying that suffering is created by me from a nominal perspective is unreasonable. Why? Because that itself did not create that. What is said about suffering being created by others from a nominal perspective should also be examined, if the other did not create me, how could suffering be created by others? The manifest clinging to saying that it is created by others, if that is other, and oneself has not created and is not established, how could that suffering be created by others? Here it is said: Suffering exists as being created by the aggregation of both me and others. Here it is said: If it were created by each individually, suffering would become created by both. If it were to exist as being created by each individually, then if suffering becomes created by both, because it is not for that, therefore suffering created by the aggregation of both me and others also does not exist. Here it is said: If in that way creation by me and others and both is unreasonable, then suffering arises from no cause. Here it is said: Others have not created, I have not created, how could suffering arise from no cause? In that way, if others have not created and I have not created, how could suffering arise from no cause? Because it would become a great fault. Suffering alone has four modes, it is not existent, and also external objects, etc., the four modes do not exist. The aggregates are solely suffering, me and others and both and arising from no cause, not only are those four modes not existent, but also for external objects such as form, etc., those four modes are not existent. This is called "Examination of Suffering," the twelfth chapter.

It is said: Even if the four aspects are gone, suffering and external objects, as well as formations (འདུ་བྱེད།), still exist. Here it is said: Whatever dharma deceives is false. The Blessed One spoke thus. All formations are deceptive dharmas, therefore they are false. Regarding this, the Blessed One said in the Sutra Pitaka: Whatever dharma deceives is false. Monks, like this, the non-deceptive dharma, Nirvana, is the supreme truth. Therefore, all formations are deceptive dharmas, therefore they are false, because they appear falsely, and are empty of the nature of conceptual imputation. Here it is said: If formations, whatever dharma deceives, is false, then both of these seem to be meaningless, how does the deceptive dharma establish falsehood? Here it is said: If the deceptive dharma is what, that is false, what does it deceive? The Blessed One said this, it is to fully reveal emptiness. If what is said to be the deceptive dharma is false, then it seems to be meaningless, what will it deceive? Like this, deception is false appearance, and falsehood is the emptiness of the nature of conceptual imputation, because it is not meaningless, so the deceptive dharma can establish falsehood. Therefore, it should be known that what the Blessed One said to be the deceptive dharma is to fully reveal emptiness. Here it is said: Things have no self-nature, because they appear to change. What the Blessed One said to be false is not the meaning of non-existence and dharma-lessness, but the meaning that things have no personal self-nature, why? Because they appear to be in other states. Without self-nature there is no thing, because things are all emptiness. The thing without the self-nature of dharma does not exist. Why? Because if things are emptiness, then the existence of the self-nature of dharma is unreasonable. If there is no self-nature, then whose is the change? If the self-nature of dharma does not exist, then whose are the states that appear to change? Therefore
