Differences in age, place, and time, etc.—if one grasps only one aspect of these diverse things, without simultaneously grasping all aspects, it becomes a state without conceptualization. Therefore, what is to be expressed and the expression itself are merely fabricated appearances, not the true reality. For this very reason, the Blessed One said in other scriptures: "By what name, what kind of, what are the dharmas spoken of, in that, that is not, that is the nature of dharmas." That is to say, even the declaration is made through a false means, showing that the thing to be declared and the declarer exist, which also comes from that means, and is very clear. The Blessed One did not separately declare that both of these do not exist. This shows how a Bodhisattva should practice and how to grasp the mind. All of this shows the profoundness. The Buddha's perfections are seven different aspects: mindfulness, perfect enlightenment, regarding the Dharma as a great matter, regarding the instructions as a great matter, fully holding the Dharmakaya, not abiding in Nirvana and Samsara, and a completely pure abode. Now, concerning such a profound Dharma, there is concern that in the future it will be covered by the net of evil views, leading to destructive consequences, and therefore the Sangha is doubtful. To dispel the doubts of those who are doubtful, the venerable Subhuti, focusing on mindfulness from the Buddha's perfections, asked the Blessed One questions, beginning with "Blessed One." The Blessed One also replied, "Have I not said before that in the future there will be those who possess morality and qualities?" Now, in order to show that one should not cling to these things as absolutely existing or absolutely not existing, he did not say "there are," but in order to negate the two extremes, he said, "Subhuti, those are..." etc. Because in ultimate truth, the existence of aggregates and persons, etc., cannot be ascertained, therefore it is also not sentient beings, which negates the extreme of imputation. If not distinguished, it will happily and universally exist, therefore it is also not non-sentient beings, which negates defamation.

The limit of is blocked. This shows the meaning of "will appear", therefore, for sentient beings, how the Blessed One's mindfulness abides without being inverted, that is what is shown, and the Bodhisattva should abide in the Blessed One's perfect mindfulness with aspiration and wish, this is what is to be shown. "Those are also not sentient beings" This shows the samadhi in yoga. If those are not sentient beings, then how did the Blessed One say "In the future, those with discipline and merit will appear" etc.? Considering this thought, he asked the question "What is that for?". "Because it is said that those are without sentient beings" This means that in the ultimate truth, there are no sentient beings. In the conventional truth, it is said based on the nature of the aggregates that actually exist, therefore, in the conventional truth, they are called sentient beings. If it is not like that, if it does not exist even in the conventional truth, then it would not be said. This shows the skillful holding of the mind. All of this explains the profound. The Blessed One shows mindfulness to all sentient beings without obstruction, which shows the vastness. If the Blessed One did not teach any Dharma, then he would not attain perfect complete enlightenment, therefore, in order to accomplish the Tathagata's perfect complete enlightenment, the efforts of the Bodhisattvas would become meaningless. If someone thinks that if they want to attain perfect complete enlightenment, then there should also be teachings, then based on those people's perfect complete enlightenment, the Blessed One said "Subhuti, what do you think" etc. The venerable Subhuti understood the previous thought and replied "That does not exist". He thought that the Blessed One was considering the ultimate truth and blocking the teachings. Because there is no Dharma to be taught in the ultimate truth, there is also no attainment of perfect complete enlightenment, which has been said before. But in the conventional truth, the Blessed One taught the Dharma, as well as perfect Bodhi, and the path that is its cause, these all exist. Therefore,
