In order to separate me, you have taken control of the ninth ground. The Blessed One said, "Rabjor, what do you think?" This completely demonstrates the special characteristics of this category of Dharma in four ways: completely accumulating merit, gods and others making offerings, performing difficult deeds, and being equal to the Tathagatas. Among these, completely accumulating merit refers to what was said, "From that basis, much merit is generated." Gods and others making offerings refers to what was said, "That place becomes a stupa." Performing difficult deeds refers to what was said, "Those will become very wonderful." Being equal to the Tathagatas refers to what was said, "In that place resides a teacher or a lama, or someone of that kind." Among these, regarding the merit of giving jewels, its excellence is completely demonstrated through two special aspects: the excellence of the object and the excellence of the field. The excellence of the object is further divided into vastness and abundance. Among these, vastness refers to being extremely numerous due to the difference in the basis, as in what was said, "Such a world system." Abundance refers to being renowned as extremely rare in the world, as in what was said, "Having been completely filled with the seven precious jewels." The field is excellent because it possesses the perfection of benefit for oneself and others. Among these, the perfection of benefit for others is for the sake of unerringly showing other meanings to be abandoned and adopted, as in what was said, "The Tathagata." Because the reality of the object is spoken of as it is, it is called "Thus Spoken" in the definitive sense. The perfection of benefit for oneself is twofold, due to the difference between the perfection of wisdom and the perfection of abandonment. Among these, "Arhat" indicates the perfection of abandonment, because the enemy of afflictions has been vanquished, so in the definitive sense, it is called "Arhat." "Perfectly Complete Buddha" indicates the perfection of wisdom. Therefore, uttering these three words is fruitful, which is the meaning of general summation. "To be believed in" means desire; one should generate belief and understand.

The term "understanding" means to realize and generate wisdom. This is a concluding term. The former is the result of the latter, or the latter is the explanation of the former. "Explanation" refers to sound. "Truly showing" refers to intention, which is the meaning of generating faith and joy. "Countless" means it cannot be completely measured by numbers. "Inconceivable" means the power cannot be measured, or there is no comparison. "Reciting" means personally reciting the words orally. "Showing" means truly showing the meaning of the words to others. Alternatively, reciting is the words, and showing is the meaning. "Becoming a stupa" means worthy of reverence. "The stupa itself becomes a stupa," like "becoming independent." In this way, merely showing the verses about the selflessness of persons also becomes a stupa, so what need is there to say about showing the two selflessnesses? This is what is thought in the mind. "Taking" refers to the words. "Holding" refers to not forgetting. "Reading" refers to writing in a book. "Completely understanding" refers to the meaning. This shows that one holds through the wisdom arising from hearing. Because one also holds through thinking and the wisdom of thinking, "as it should be" is said, meaning to fully understand the meaning without inversion. In some places, only the word "holding" appears. In that case, holding should be viewed from both the words and the meaning. "Extremely rare" refers to understanding such profound and vast Dharma. "The one who shows abides" refers to the speaker of Dharma, because he does the work of the one who shows, so it is like the Buddha, the Bhagavan, abiding in person. "Any one like a lama" refers to any one like the noble Manjushri, because he accomplishes his work, so the speaker of Dharma should be regarded as abiding. In some places, the two words "other and other" appear, which are all the names of any one like a lama, because abiding is shown there. All of this shows the vastness of this place. In reality, it shows abandoning the upholding of the true Dharma and clinging to external appearances.
