It is easy to do. Similarly, for Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, whether worldly or transcendental, whatever virtuous dharmas are fully encompassed by the Prajñāpāramitā, all of them should be accustomed to the aspect of non-arising. If fully encompassed by the Prajñāpāramitā, it will increase and expand, continuously increase, be vast and extensive, become inexhaustible, and will not deceive the desired supreme and perfect complete enlightenment. Therefore, those who desire complete enlightenment should respectfully rely on the Prajñāpāramitā itself. In order to induce those to be tamed to plant aspirations that are not bound by wishes, to listen to the sacred Dharma, especially to have faith, and to continue uninterrupted until becoming a Buddha, the question was asked: "Bhagavan, what is the teaching of the Prajñāpāramitā?" and so on. The answer is: "Mañjuśrī, whoever has obtained this teaching of the Prajñāpāramitā in this present life," and so on. That is, having heard this teaching of non-arising in this present life, those who make the aspiration, "Even after I abandon this life, in the life of the next life, I will also listen to this teaching of the Prajñāpāramitā," will transform from later hearing to practicing. The word "in between" refers to special faith and so on. The way of not practicing is the way of not discriminating. "Mañjuśrī, whoever hears this profound Prajñāpāramitā, even by just hearing it," the word "khon" is for certain grasping. Merely hearing and obtaining satisfaction and vastness means obtaining peace of mind. Those who obtain joy, delight, and exaltation, I do not say that they have small roots of virtue. The conduct of the Prajñāpāramitā has been completely taught. After the completion of the case of a person with sharp faculties manifesting, now, for the sake of those who are not sharp, and who did not manifest at that time, but only have a small amount of merit due to certain causes and conditions, for them, the image of non-discrimination, which is the object of meditative absorption, is shown by example.

Ra. O, Manjushri, it was said, "If someone wishes to listen to this teaching on the Perfection of Wisdom," and so forth. The word "someone" indicates that this is being taught by distinguishing it from the previous one, which was explained based on someone's authority. If one wishes to listen to this, if one seeks meaning in hearing, then one should say, "Thus I have heard," which will be explained below. For that reason, it was said, "Son of good family, what is the purpose of listening to this?" What is the need for you to hear this teaching? Here, "listening" is a word of abandonment for the sake of generating desire from higher to higher, but not for the sake of abandoning. For the sake of showing the reason, it was said, "Having heard, they do not believe and turn back." It means that they are unable to believe, they turn back, and their minds become discouraged because their wisdom is weak. Furthermore, those who are not sharp-witted but have excessive faith in wanting to listen may exist as individuals who follow the Dharma and wish to listen in accordance with this teaching, which is the essence of establishing the aspects of the object of the path to enlightenment, the Perfection of Wisdom. To them, one should say, "Son of good family, what is the purpose of listening to this?" and so forth, distinguishing such a profound teaching from that and understanding the image of non-conceptualization in accordance with it through examples. For that very reason, it will be explained below that if a son or daughter of good family asks and abides and engages in that way, then one should not teach them the Perfection of Wisdom until they have not generated it, until the object does not exist, and until it has not arisen, for they abide in this seal of courage. This is the meaning of the phrase "having made it a vessel." Why does disbelief cause one to turn back? For that reason, it was said, "For in this, no Dharma is shown to be fully established." This is a condensed statement. "The characteristics of ordinary beings are not shown to arise or cease" and so forth is an extensive explanation and is easy to understand. Thus, in order to make those of dull faculties vessels for that teaching and meaning, the order of entering is shown by the Bhagavan.
