All realms are unobservable, which is without an object of focus. Desiring to realize all dharmas up to the state of non-origination and to manifestly pervade, therefore, in this Prajnaparamita of unborn, non-arising, and insubstantial nature, the student, the learning, and their places should be studied in a way that is unobservable. Those who generate the mind of desiring manifest realization will be accomplished by studying this, not by other means. This is the concluding statement. To show that the benefit of accomplishing the accumulation of merit and so on is this Prajnaparamita. Blessed One, what is the virtue of the Prajnaparamita that is without virtues? Blessed One, since the Prajnaparamita has no power, what benefit is there? Virtue refers to the praiseworthy and pleasing result. Being separated from it, one is unable to do anything. The term "without power" generally indicates that it is of no benefit to all, because the Prajnaparamita, being of the nature of non-origination, cannot possibly have power anywhere. It does not cause the arising of all roots of virtue. It does not cause the complete destruction of unfavorable aspects such as desire. It does not take any irreversible dharma, that is, it does not obtain, it does not accomplish, this is the concluding statement. The term "undesiring" means not abandoning the grounds of the Hearers and Solitary Buddhas. The terms "immovable" and "inactive" show that it is of no benefit to all, for if there is movement and an agent, then generating roots of virtue, transcending inferior grounds, hearing the aspects of suppressing irreversible grounds, and having equal faith in the non-origination of all dharmas, then it would be beneficial. But what is Prajnaparamita? It is without speech, immovable, and inactive. How, then, can it accomplish the meaning as previously stated and benefit others? The nature of all dharmas is manifest enlightenment through the wisdom and vision of the noble ones, but because there is no wisdom and vision, this is also of no benefit to the manifest enlightenment of all dharmas.

To show this, it is said (in the sutra), "Prajnaparamita is not knowing self-nature, not seeing self-nature." The reason for saying "not knowing self-nature, not seeing self-nature" is that neither of them is self-nature. Thus, after showing that there is no benefit to wisdom, in order to show that there is also no benefit to arising, it is said (in the sutra), "No dharma is given." This means that no dharma such as power is given, nor does it exist. Saying "not arising all dharmas," since it is not produced, how can it not give any dharma? When "not eliminating all dharmas" appears, if the dharmas of ordinary beings, etc., are not destroyed, then know that without destroying them, the Buddhadharma is not given either. Thus, after showing with four sentences that there is no benefit to manifest enlightenment, for the aspect of faith in the unborn and equal nature of all dharmas, which is the cause of it, and the display that the Tathagata has not manifested complete enlightenment, such as faith, and for showing the unborn nature of dharma and no doubt, and for no benefit to reaching realization, therefore, it is said (in the sutra), "For all dharmas without difference, do not act." All dharmas without difference are without distinction. That which has no action, no conduct, is called that. That is not making all dharmas without difference. As the reason for that, it is said (in the sutra), "No action." If it is separated from action, then how can there be benefit to the meaning of the nature of all dharmas being of one taste? Some sutra volumes say, "Not making all dharmas different, not making all dharmas one, not making all dharmas separate, no action." The meaning of that is this: making it different is making it different. That which does not exist is called that, therefore the meaning is this: so-called not making it different is preventing making it different. So-called not making all dharmas one, this
