In this sentence, "All merits are also fully realized and perfectly enlightened by the Tathagata," the word "also" can be used in other word orders, meaning "The Tathagata also fully realizes enlightenment," which should be taken as faith and understanding. Why is this said? It means how is this faith and understanding supreme? "What realizes perfect enlightenment?" means to understand. "With what path of wisdom does one realize perfect enlightenment? What Dharma should realize perfect enlightenment and understand?" In fact, there is no Dharma, because it is unattainable. Thus, understanding this meaning is understanding its meaning. The so-called "There is no non-Bodhi Dharma" means that there is no difference in equality without birth. One wants to not make distinctions in all Dharmas, and wants to eliminate the distinctions between the grasper and the grasped, so one should listen to this Prajnaparamita's self-nature of non-birth, and even respectfully serve it, and should practice it, which is the concluding remark. Why is this said? What is the reason for this? Therefore, it is said that "Prajnaparamita is not any Dharma," etc., meaning that it is not the perfectly established nature of any Dharma, nor is it arising and existing. If birth is prevented, then because it is unattainable, it does not show the perfectly established nature, because there is no perfectly established nature, so how can there be a display? All Dharmas are neither defiled nor purified, meaning that the self-nature is unborn. All Dharmas are neither past, nor future, nor present. Therefore, one should listen to this in order to have faith, determination, and entry. Why is this said? This Prajnaparamita is the self-nature of non-birth, and non-birth, etc., do not belong to time. Why is this said? All Dharmas ultimately take non-birth as the ultimate, meaning that all Dharmas tend towards it. In all such Dharmas, in such a nature, without doubt

Wanting to understand and ascertain it. Mañjuśrī recited three times, regarding how the wheel of Dharma is turned in twelve ways, that refers to: Regarding it, suffering, the arising of suffering, the cessation of suffering, and the characteristics of the path leading to the cessation of suffering, fully understanding the self-nature of these noble truths is the first turning. Suffering should be fully understood, the origin should be abandoned, cessation should be realized, the path should be cultivated, this is called the second turning. Suffering has been fully understood, the origin has been abandoned, cessation has been realized, the path has been cultivated, this is called the third turning. Because each truth is recited three times, this reciting three times is twelve ways. Reciting three times is twelve ways. The twelve dharmas of reciting three times are merit, and it is necessary to accomplish goodness and excellence. Turning this Dharma in the continuum of beings to be tamed like a wheel is turning the wheel of Dharma. How it transforms refers to generating the root of virtue such as seeing the Tathagata and hearing the Dharma, and how it transforms into complete maturation, etc. Wanting to hear it, etc., refers to the synonyms of wanting to hear, contemplate, and practice in order. Considering not abandoning all sentient beings, therefore it is said wanting to spread loving-kindness to all sentient beings, expanding with the characteristic of extreme happiness, refers to spreading in a way that does not cling to self, sentient beings, and happiness. Therefore, it is also said wanting to not abide in the thought of sentient beings. In order to show that uncontested method of extreme happiness, it is also said wanting to be uncontested with all the world, refers to wanting to be uncontested with those belonging to the ten directions, boundless and limitless realms of the world, refers to wanting to approximately accomplish showing thoughts, senses, pleasing and harmonious, and eliminating discordant speech.
