Not observing any phenomenon is the practice of Prajñāpāramitā. Why is that? Therefore, the Blessed One said that for the unborn, there is no decrease or increase. The unborn is Suchness, and in it, there is no decrease or increase, because it constantly abides as such, and it is unconditioned. Therefore, in unfavorable conditions, there is no decrease, and in antidotal conditions, there is no increase. In cessation, also because of non-mentation, it is the practice of Prajñāpāramitā. To show this meaning, the Blessed One proclaimed "in any dharma" and so on. For the dharma that can be done, such as arising, and the defilements of afflictions, considering them to be extinguished, such practice, in whom it does not exist, is the practice of Prajñāpāramitā. Thus, by whom the clinging to reality is removed, and the clinging to the result is removed. Blessed One, in any dharma, how does one diminish one's own evil destinies, and the pervasive ignorance of them, or increase the pure qualities, Blessed One, whoever practices and generates the mind in this way is practicing Prajñāpāramitā. Thus, constantly generating the mind is the practice of Prajñāpāramitā. Immeasurables and emptiness have already been shown. Now, to proclaim the attainment of Buddhahood, it is what the Blessed One said, "Furthermore," and so on. The Tathāgata's ten powers and four fearlessnesses, etc., are inconceivable dharmas, because they are inconceivable. They are the dharmas of ordinary beings and Śrāvakas, etc., because they are ordinary objects. The non-aspirant is without desire. Saying ordinary is to show the difference of non-aspiration. It is the teaching of the Middle Way that is free from dualistic grasping. In all categories of words, it should be understood in the same way. Non-aspiration is also of three types: because there is no need, because there is laziness, and because there is no ability. However, the Blessed One's saying "in whom aspiration" and so on, shows the last situation, which is also excellent.

With regard to (ཀྱིས), the Buddha himself is supreme, difficult to achieve, and limitless, so it is nonexistent to pray and seek with great effort. And the word (ཀྱང་) also needs to be understood by whom, how, and for what purpose one prays. Because it does not exist, it is impossible to pray and seek. If you practice in this way, you are practicing Prajnaparamita. It has been explained that the attainment of Buddhahood itself. That is to say, to gather all the pure directions, the Blessed One practices Prajnaparamita, just as he said, "These dharmas are supreme," and so on. "Not dwelling near" means not entering. To illustrate this, these Paramitas, emptiness, the path to enlightenment, immeasurables, and so on, are supreme. Stinginess, breaking vows, malice, laziness, and so on, are inferior, and one does not cling to the superior and inferior in this way. Why is that? Therefore, it is said in the sutra that one does not cling to those dharmas that have become superior and inferior. Because the supreme dharmas such as Paramita lead to the supreme meaning, they are supreme. Because stinginess and so on lead to evil destinies and so on, they are inferior, and one does not cling to these dharmas either. In this way, since one does not cling to pure and defiled dharmas, one does not cling to the superior and inferior. Whoever it is, one should rely on the yoga meditation of practicing Prajnaparamita, and the diligent and inseparable son of good family does not cling to all dharmas. Therefore, by explaining that all pure directions are completely covered, if they are completely covered by Prajnaparamita, then all Paramitas, emptiness, immeasurables, and the path to enlightenment, etc., will be completely covered, which is consistent with the appearance of the scriptures. It has been explained that all pure dharmas have been completely grasped. Now, in order to proclaim the destruction of all diseases of attachment, the Blessed One practices Prajnaparamita, that is, with respect to any dharma, one does not think about what is superior and what is inferior. What is the disease of attachment?
