The earth arises from the assembly of beings such as humans and from having equal karma. Also, the word "also" indicates that it is not limited to this life alone. "These" refers to all the teachings that the Bhagavan did not teach as the ultimate. "Other than that" refers to what the Bhagavan did not teach, and which immediately shows the ultimate passing into complete nirvana. "Endowed with non-objectification" refers to those who show the non-objectification of the two. "Endowed with emptiness" refers to the emptiness that shows the nature of non-duality that is completely accomplished by being separated from the aspects of the two. As it is said: By relying on the right object, non-objectification is born; by relying on non-objectification, the absence of object is born. This means that by relying on the object of mind-only, non-objectification arises. By relying on the non-objectification of non-objects, non-objectification also arises in mind-only. To explain this meaning, it is said: Since both are non-objective, the aspects of both are completely gone; by being separated from that, it is completely accomplished; non-duality is realized. This non-duality is not merely non-duality like a rabbit's horn, because that would lead to falling into the extreme of non-existence. However, it is the ultimate truth of emptiness that transcends all expressions, is the realm of activity of noble beings, and is to be known individually by oneself. This also takes into account the gradual entry into the two teachings, so it is not the case that there is a sutra endowed with emptiness other than those endowed with non-objectification in one sutra. However, the order of the teachings is like this. Thus, in the "Holy Lankavatara Sutra" it says: Although one does not abide in mind-only, one should transcend external objects; by abiding in that object, one should also transcend mind-only. This means that placing the Perfection of Wisdom in the mind is grasping. Its qualities are the benefits. Completely explaining these is both a chapter and a section, namely the tenth section. Then, in order to completely abandon the works of Mara, the works of Mara are explained in detail. From the previous chapter, it is known that the evil Mara has many forms, so...

It is said that one will draw near to abide in order to cut off the deeds of (hindrances). Therefore, one must completely eliminate hindrances in any case. If one does not fully understand the works of demons, it is not easy to completely eliminate them. Therefore, for that purpose, with the preliminary arrangement of "these qualities are," the question is "these qualities are." If there are no qualities, then there is no need to practice it, because if hindrances are not completely eliminated, how will these qualities arise? In order to specifically explain this, with the essence of wisdom, one asks "how many"; in some places, there is a reading of "some." There, asking "what and what" is about the operation of meaning. The so-called "creating obstacles" refers to the general characteristics of the works of demons. The so-called "in what form will they appear" refers to asking about special characteristics. Here, as long as it slightly hinders the practice of Prajnaparamita, all of that is the work of demons. Also, because it shows brevity with "immeasurable," in order to show how much, what the Blessed One said is "their" and so on. The so-called "telling" refers to approximately representing the ten dharmic practices such as questioning and offering. The so-called "long-lasting pride" refers to the fact that because one develops pride in letters, meanings, and definitions for a long time, those who realize will become diligent, and that is the work of demons. The so-called "even if born" refers to the fact that because it is unstable, one will be distracted before doing anything such as stating the results. Or, if one does not walk correctly in the middle, then one will be completely destroyed. The so-called "arrogance" refers to having conceit. Because of the conceit that "we are very good at writing," one will not correctly perform respectful questioning and other actions. The so-called "noisy and quarreling" refers to the reading in some places. To this, what is shown is noisy or approaching each other noisily. The so-called "quarreling" refers to mutually completely noisy increasing. The so-called "mind distracted" refers to the fact that because one is aware of objects and so on, the mind itself is other. Makes everything understood.
