Thus it is. The so-called non-manifestation of all dharmas means that all dharmas do not manifest with the nature of accomplishment. Because of this nature, this is the other shore of the non-arising of all dharmas. The so-called non-doer means that all dharmas are empty of a doer. The so-called absence of self means that if there is no self, then at this time, these dharmas are known by the aspect of consciousness and seen by sight. If there is no that, then it is the other shore of the unknowing and the unseeing. The so-called death and birth and non-birth means that not giving rise to death and birth is because the ultimate meaning appears only in discrimination. There is no slight transition anywhere. The so-called non-destruction means that the nature of all dharmas is suchness, and it is also non-destructive. Because of the nature of oneness, it is not closely taken by the difference of time. The so-called other shore of illusion means that the sign of illusion is that after covering wooden pieces, etc., formless things such as elephants appear in the illusion. Thus, all dharmas are abandoned by ignorance, and the nature of emptiness of ultimate meaning appears in discrimination, appearing without nature, which is the other shore of illusion. Thus, although all dharmas are said to be of the nature of falsehood and the nature of non-birth, they are made known as the unborn. World Honored One, the so-called other shore of dreams means that the things seen in dreams are the true meaning of reality without things by awakening, covered by mind and mental factors and appearing. Thus, all dharmas are obscured by the true nature of emptiness, and the meaning of appearing with the nature of non-existence. In these natures that appear in the aspect of the consciousness of emptiness, there is no slight ultimate meaning, as it is said, for the sake of making it known. Somewhere, like the other shore of dreams and sounds and cataracts and mirages and illusions

This is the chapter called "The Utterance." In it, like an echo, although it is not a true sound, it manifests the nature of a true sound. It is not true, but it shows a non-true sound. Like a mirage, it obscures false realms such as cities of gandharvas and shows false cities. Like heat haze, it does not show its true nature, but shows non-true water. Likewise, all dharmas, having abandoned the nature of emptiness of ultimate truth, appear as the natures of the non-true imputed and other-powered, so it should be understood. This chapter is also a collection of the essence of the great treatises, and it is made to increase the realization, so this Bhagavan Mother is indeed the mother of non-virtuous ones. The so-called "Universally Afflicted" is because the nature of all dharmas is pure, so there is no desire, etc. Therefore, it is the Perfection of Wisdom without universal affliction. Likewise, in the chapter on the Perfection of Wisdom without purification and without object, it is because of being free from desire, etc., and not focusing on afflictions. Purity itself is without object, it is the basis. Pure sentient beings are the basis of afflictions, but they do not focus on sentient beings, so there is no purity. The so-called "Without Stain" is like the sky, because there is no stain in the realm of dharma. The so-called "Without Proliferation," proliferation is all kinds of conceptual thoughts, but they are all absent. All arrogance is the perception of form, etc. Arrogance is not a chapter, therefore it transcends all arrogance. The so-called "Without Shaking" is because there is nothing that can be shaken by all kinds of conceptual thoughts and afflictions. The so-called "Unshakable" is because there is no falling away. Why? Because the realm of all dharmas abides at all times. The so-called "Free from Desire," desire is born from wrong conceptual thoughts, it is attachment to all dharmas. Because there is none of that, it is the Perfection of Wisdom free from desire.
