Etc. The so-called "eighth day" refers to the second situation of very correct combination, that is, naming work by time, things, and going on the road, etc., so it is called "for the sake of the work itself." For others, it refers to the "eighth day" for the meaning of the works. The four great kings guarding the palace are the "fourteenth." Their sons are the "fifteenth." The four great kings personally go to Jambudvipa to observe, and when they see many people doing good deeds, they will increase the joyful mind of the gods, and then go to the Lord of the Gods to report, as it is said in the sutra. Even so, although it does not always appear, one should quickly recite the Prajnaparamita on these days. Therefore, in order to benefit the many sentient beings such as the gods who enter Jambudvipa, because it is the basis of benefit, it will increase more merit. Because it is an unparalleled treasure, it is the basis for increasing many merits. Subhuti "therefore" etc., is because of that reason. "Good deeds have many obstacles," saying this means that obstacles will truly arise, meaning Subhuti, but many obstacles will arise, etc. The enemy is poor. The so-called "how much poison" refers to how it grows. The so-called "supreme," why is it supreme? Therefore, it is said "entering for the sake of benefit and happiness," which refers to entering. The explanation of this itself is "all dharmas are unborn" etc., meaning that in order to show that phenomena such as birth and death do not appear in the Prajnaparamita, so use the "way of not entering," that is, the nature of all dharmas is luminosity, and that is also called the "way of fearlessness" because it is an unshakeable nature. That is also the nature of the perfect accomplishment of the Prajnaparamita. The so-called "not abiding in any dharma" means not being attached to the fully imputed. The so-called "not associating with any dharma" means not letting it abide in other places. Those not...

Therefore, with regard to the perfectly established nature, one does not take anything as real, because its nature is free from defilement, and therefore it exists at all times. The reason for saying this is, "What is the reason for that?" The so-called "all these dharmas" refers to the parikalpita and paratantra. The so-called "unattainable" means that when prajñāpāramitā is perfectly accomplished, the parikalpita and paratantra do not appear, that is its meaning. Therefore, "undefiled" means not being defiled by afflictions, karma, and discrimination. The reason for saying, "What is the reason for unattainability and undefilement in this?" is that the word "undefiled" is the reason, because it is undefiled, so this is called prajñāpāramitā. Therefore, if one cannot approach undefilement, one will not become prajñāpāramitā. How is it undefiled? Therefore it is said, "Subhuti, thus," and so on. The so-called "if one does not truly know" means that one cannot truly distinguish the undefiled nature that possesses many qualities. The so-called "does not enter into any dharma," etc., because of the unchanging perfectly established nature, all dharmas at that time are the perfectly established nature, it appears to it, and it does not enter into any special dharma, that is, it does not arise. The so-called "definitely enters" means that it continuously enters into it. The so-called "truly shows" means through manifestation. The so-called "completely obtained" means that one does not feel lacking in the dharma that is the result. The so-called "definitely obtained" means to lead to that ultimate state. It should be connected with "there is nothing in all places." For this near-showing, because those who are to be tamed have obtained forbearance of the dharma of non-arising, therefore the fruit of contentment is proclaimed, that is, "from then on," and so on. The so-called "uproar" refers to the great sound arising from the joy of the great assembly. The so-called "that itself" refers to Gaha, that is, because it is extremely great. The so-called "twice," once, the Blessed One first turned the wheel of dharma in Varanasi (Bārāṇasī) in the manner of the selflessness of persons.
