This refers to the meaning of being called the second in relation to the selflessness of phenomena. The meaning of "This is not turned twice" is that, because in ultimate reality, all phenomena are beyond number, it is said that there is no turning or returning to any phenomenon. By the term "turning the wheel of Dharma," the distinctions of names are clarified. Thus, "this is," and so forth. When the Perfection of Wisdom holds only the characteristic of the nature of the non-substantiality of all phenomena, there is no turning or returning to any phenomenon. Therefore, this is what is meant by saying the Perfection of Wisdom. Through "Great Perfection of Wisdom," and so forth, the vastness of entering all phenomena is shown to this Subhuti. Among them, "this Great Perfection of Wisdom" shows the great realm itself and the great secret realm, which are like this: there are three kinds of secrets: the secret of entering phenomena, the secret of perfect enlightenment, and the secret of turning the wheel of Dharma. Among them, the secret of entering phenomena that is spoken of is "not being attached to any phenomena." Even if all phenomena appear in conventional truth, nevertheless, in ultimate truth, he sees that the nature of those is empty, and he does not become attached to any phenomenon. Therefore, through the power of conventional truth and ultimate truth, he correctly causes the name of phenomena to enter into everything, and he also shows the non-phenomenal thought and perfect enlightenment, and the secret of perfect enlightenment is spoken of by "also seeing perfect enlightenment." Because one wishes to perfectly awaken to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, it is said that "one does not perfectly awaken to any phenomenon." The secret of turning the wheel of Dharma that is spoken of is explained through "even though turning the wheel of Dharma." One does not truly indicate any phenomenon. Below, the turning of the wheel of Dharma will be explained in eight ways: no phenomenon, no wheel, no turning, no showing, no shower.

There is no hearing, no realization, and no noble person. Among them, the absence of Dharma means that for things that are to be objectified, there is no Dharma. What Dharma is to be indicated? The absence of a wheel means that nothing can be turned by anything, which is the sound of "nothing." Because it is like a wheel, it is a wheel, because one abides in it and enters into meaning. The absence of complete turning means that no Dharma will change. The reason given here is that in "Why is that?" etc., the words of Subhuti himself are shown, i.e., "It is so" etc., because emptiness is neither entering nor changing. Therefore, the absence of characteristics, the absence of wishes, and the absence of indication mean "anything like this that is indicated." The absence of an indicator means that no one indicates. The absence of hearing means that no one hears and no one receives. The absence of realization means that no one has directly realized it, etc. The absence of a noble person means "No one has completely escaped from suffering from this," and even "There is no place for giving." Because space is infinite, this is the other shore of infinity. Because of its suchness nature, it is limitless like space. Because there is no space, this is the other shore of nothingness, which is declared somewhere. There, it is not like space, it does not exist with the nature of invisibility and the nature of non-existence. This is added to the declaration of the great ones in order to combine it with direct perception. The statement that all dharmas are equal in the absence of objects means that all dharmas are equal with the nature of the absence of objects. Solitude means being free from the elaboration of afflictions and conceptual thoughts, etc. Extreme emptiness means that all dharmas are empty with the nature of imputation and dependence. Non-deception means

We are pure in nature, because all phenomena are increased, and cannot be overcome by the faults of being able to be truly capable. The so-called non-perception of all phenomena means that when all phenomena are empty of the nature of complete imputation and other-dependence, they become one nature with suchness, therefore they are not overcome by anything. The so-called non-abiding means that because there is no place for any phenomena to abide here, therefore there is no support, and it does not come from anywhere, nor does it go anywhere, and the body has no self-nature of person or dharma. It is said: no coming, no going, no body, no birth. In the so-called declaration of no name and no body, name is the non-form aggregate. The body is the form aggregate. It is said that they are all absent. The so-called no self-nature means that the self-nature of phenomena, such as creating form, feeling, etc., does not have self-nature in the ultimate sense, so it is emptiness and no self-nature. The so-called reason for no going and coming means that at that time, the going and coming of all phenomena are free from inversion. The so-called unspeakable means that it is not the object of speech. The so-called non-discrimination means that speech is the nature of discrimination. The so-called nameless means that the four non-form aggregates of feeling, perception, volition, and consciousness are absent. These four aggregates themselves are the two sentences of non-perception, which are not declared anywhere. The so-called all phenomena have no going means that all phenomena are liberated from going and coming. The so-called all phenomena have no taking means that phenomena do not cling to phenomena, so they are not taken away. The so-called having indestructible dharma means that all phenomena appear to have inexhaustible dharmas such as no birth and no cessation, so they are the other shore of inexhaustibility.
