And remembering them, it also changes like this. I and the world are permanent, the former is to remember the birth of other beings and generate views, this is the difference of me. The other is to generate the divine eye, and with the divine eye to see the death and birth of sentient beings, and also to see the paths of good and bad destinies. In that, it also changes like the former, I and the world are permanent. Here, with the direct perception of the divine eye, seeing the hidden things of the realm, the meaning of the present life arises, called view, which is different from the former. Others are speculators and investigators, endowed with their own courage, dwelling on the ground of ordinary beings, and say this: Whatever exists, that is what exists, and whatever does not exist, that is what does not exist. The non-existent has no arising, and the existent has no ceasing. He says this: I and the world are permanent, so there are four kinds of distinctions of those who say permanence. There are two kinds of those who say impermanence, one is to die from the gods of unconsciousness, like you came, obtained direct perception, and remembered the previous consciousness, it also changes like this, I and the world are impermanent. The other is to say that I and the world are impermanent by the power of speculation. Those who say impermanence are of two kinds, called present birth. Some who say permanence are of four kinds, in the world that has been born, other beings die from the gods of light and are born in the empty Brahma palace, he alone dwells for a long time, and other beings will also be born here, so dislike arises for him. Others also die from there and are born in the Brahma world, and they also change like this. This is the first creator of us, so it changes. They die again from there, like you came, they obtained direct perception, and for those who see, Brahma is permanent, we are impermanent, so it changes. Some are long-term play or the thought of joy.

Those who are attached to long-lasting things will become infatuated. Those who die from there, having developed supernormal knowledge, will see and become holders of such views. Those who are not attached to thinking things are long-lasting, they themselves are eternal. Similarly, those who slander in their minds will generate harmful thoughts towards each other, and after death, they will be reborn, like before, becoming holders of such views. There are also some who, through the power of reasoning, consider form, sound, smell, taste, and touch to be impermanent, while mind, intellect, and consciousness are permanent, they say this. These four are some who assert permanence. Those with boundaries and those without boundaries are of four kinds: one is based on small meditative concentration, thereby correctly seeking the boundaries of the world, seeing the world with boundaries in the upper, lower, and lateral directions. They say this is with boundaries. Another is based on great meditative concentration, seeing the world without boundaries in the upper, lower, and lateral directions, and saying this is without boundaries. There are also some who rely on intermediate meditative concentration, when they are without an object of focus below the Avici hell, from the fourth meditative concentration, to the upper direction without an object of focus, and laterally also without an object of focus in all directions, at that time the upper and lower directions have the concept of boundaries, while the lateral direction has the concept of being without boundaries. There is also another who, through the power of reasoning, says the world is with boundaries and also without boundaries. Or, clinging to various letters, the fourth view arises, but it is not the various meanings themselves, this is called the four views of having boundaries and not having boundaries. There are also four kinds of those who speak wandering words: here some ascetics or Brahmins think that we separately know the gods and the pure gods. When they are asked questions about the gods, especially the pure gods, they will speak wandering words, there they will obtain verbal wandering words because they are asked questions. Others have not found separately. Therefore, they are called wandering gods. Some of them learn separately in this way: I know this, whether there is a future world, or not.
