Because there is no conceptualization, here it means the state of being without mind. The noble Lord Maitreya also said: Just as water becomes clear when stirred, that clarity does not arise from elsewhere, but because it completely removes the impurities within it. The ritual for purifying one's own mind is the same. The mind is inherently luminous, but it is always defiled by sudden faults. Abandoning the mind of Dharma-nature, for the minds of others, luminosity cannot be achieved in its own pure nature. Just as water is naturally clear but becomes turbid due to sudden turbidity. Similarly, the mind is naturally luminous, but it is defiled by sudden faults, and because the mind of Dharma-nature is not realized, it always clings to the minds of others, and the luminosity of the nature of other-dependence cannot be achieved. Therefore, the suchness of the mind, here it means that the mind can be known, this is its intention. Starting from "Then," it refers to the moment after the elder Subhuti correctly explained the state of no-mind, the elder Shariputra immediately said "Good," which means "Good, good." The word "again" means "clear." What is clear? Just as you, the Bhagavan, said, abiding in the supreme state of no affliction, this is what is called manifestation. What is no affliction? Afflictions are afflictions, and all Arhats have completely eliminated these afflictions from their own continuum. If someone can prevent the afflictions in the continuum of others, then it can be said that they abide in no affliction. How can this be done? When he knows his own goals and so on, with infinite compassion towards beings for afflictions such as hatred, those who follow the path of virtue, such as the Sangha and monasteries, abandon the easily obtained necessities of life there, go to places far away from sentient beings to consume food, and completely liberate themselves from suffering, not encountering sentient beings, this is what is called abiding in no affliction. As it is said.

In the view of the Shravakas regarding afflictions, it is not the case that all afflictions are completely abandoned. However, the wisdom of the nature that follows the absence of afflictions in the continuum of others is without afflictions. The Samadhi characterized by loving-kindness, which is an obstacle to the afflictions of all sentient beings, is called without afflictions; this is another explanation. Furthermore, in the commentary on the Twenty Thousand Verses, the Shravaka Vehicle, through pure meditative absorption from the realm without afflictions, is called meditative absorption without afflictions. There, it should be understood as being contrary to the realm of afflictions in the continuum of others; otherwise, what distinction would there be in speaking to those who abide without afflictions? This is the explanation of the absence of afflictions in the Shravaka Vehicle. Here, all elaborations of conceptualization are the afflictions. Because of the absence of these, meditative absorption free from conceptualization is without afflictions. Because of abiding in that, it is said to abide in the absence of afflictions. The meaning is this: If sentient beings are of uncertain lineage and have dull faculties, the Tathagata, knowing that they do not have a share in the practice of perfect enlightenment in the realm of afflictions that have not been abandoned, initially causes them to abide in the state of Arhatship. Then, the Bodhisattva Vehicle is taught to them, so that they develop the intention to be able to fully accomplish the practice of a Bodhisattva. Then, gradually, they will obtain forbearance in the profound Dharma. Thus, those who have a definite intention for the Buddha-ground, who have individually obtained forbearance in the profound Dharma of the realm of Dharma that is distinctly skillful, are prophesied by the Tathagata for the sake of Buddhahood itself. At the time of the first ground, the Path of Seeing, they are abiding on the eighth ground. Just as, through the path that is external to the Shravaka Vehicle, having abandoned the desire for desire, one is a Non-Returner at the time of the Path of Seeing, so too, in the Holy Sublime Dharma White Lotus Sutra, it says: The prophecy for perfect and complete enlightenment, abiding on the eighth ground, spontaneously.
