For those who are impoverished, giving becomes a great fruit. One approaches, and another approaches, but a Bodhisattva is not like that, this is the distinction. Or, the so-called "completely examining each one" means that for all sentient beings, just examining one sentient being. Similarly, for all those sentient beings and all those Bodhisattvas, completely examining each one, just examining one. Similarly, the Bodhisattvas or just approach. What is said is this: "World Honored One, there are many." Because for those who should be approached, the one who approaches, and the objects to be given, the time is very long. If that accumulation of merit were to have a form, then it would become impossible to contain, meaning that it would not be completely contained in those realms. World Honored One, for this merit, "Thus, thus," by allowing the multitude, and explaining the difference arising from the dedication of the Dharmadhatu is: like that, just the Bodhisattvas approach. Subhuti, and again, why and so on, is because for the previous merits, it is considered as a characteristic, and it is considered as a close object, therefore for the accumulation of merit of dedication, because there is no inferiority, it is superior, this is his intention. Now, it is proclaimed that the gods who generate joy after hearing the benefits praise and make offerings: From then on, the sons of the gods of the retinue of the Four Great Kings and so on. "Manifestly scattering" means scattering a collection of flowers in front. "Manifestly completely scattering" means from all aspects. Thus, thus, also from other retinues of gods, means from the twin gods and so on. Sound means the sound of praise. "Following the proclamation of the sound" means that because the word of praise is repeated again and again, it is considered to be many. For such a long time, means accumulating for such a long time. Thus, greatly and completely accomplishing, means so greatly.

It means to make the weak grow. The Blessed One, in order to show the meaning of what was said before, taught again, that is, some say it is with the words "O sons of gods," etc. Or, whatever immediately shows merit, that is what is briefly repeated here with the words "O sons of gods," etc. With these names, etc., the distinctions are declared. Here are these distinctions. Those who exist in other world realms and should be approached, also, after generating the mind of enlightenment, again giving to those who exist in other world realms, this is reasonable. Otherwise, the words "let alone" etc. would be incoherent. From the words "having fully examined each one" etc., it should be explained as before. With just this much, it is shown that after striving to accomplish as much as possible, one promises to rejoice, and dedicates with that as the leader. Now, in order to equalize the meritorious deeds of oneself and others, in order to explain the meaning of rejoicing, a brief exposition is made, that is, starting from the words "Then, the Blessed One," etc. "Completely done" means done without leaving anything out. The words "supreme itself" etc. refer to the question of how the words spoken by the Blessed One can later become supreme. Starting from the words "not grasping dharmas" etc., because there is no grasping etc. for the Buddhas and roots of virtue etc., therefore it is declared that one sees equality. Among these, not grasping is the imputed nature. Not making pride is the dependent nature. Not focusing is the perfectly established nature. Therefore, the three natures themselves are, in order, not discriminating, not discriminating, not seeing. In order to clarify this, it is "not truly seeing afterwards," that is, it is declared how one establishes the dharmas in this state of samadhi. That is, starting from the words "For these dharmas, thus" etc. All dharmas are established by discrimination, that is, established by discrimination, is the imputed. Unborn is the dependent.

The unborn place is the perfectly accomplished ones. Therefore, there is no coming and no going, because birth and death do not exist in that very reality as they are in sequence. Therefore it is said, "In this, no dharma has arisen," and so on. Thus, because there is no birth and cessation, the minds of rejoicing and dedicating to the roots of virtue of these Buddhas, as well as the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, Bodhisattvas, and ordinary beings, are likewise rejoiced and dedicated to the emptiness of Dharmata. In this way, rejoicing becomes supreme. At the time of rejoicing, the phrase "also dedicate" is definitely for the sake of dedicating, and again, all dharmas are equal by liberation. All dharmas are to be rejoiced and dedicated at the time, which is shown by "Subhuti, furthermore," and so on. Liberation is Nirvana, which is the complete purification of the Dharmadhatu from all obscurations. In the ultimate sense, all giving and so on is the meaning of "just as it is." In "unbound," because all dharmas are empty of inherent existence, there is no binding at the time of ordinary beings. Unliberated is because of the purity of inherent existence, so there is no later liberation. Unattached is because there are no afflictions such as views on all dharmas, so there is no attachment anywhere. "In the manner of not dedicating" means that there is no clinging even to dedication. What is said, "How are all these?" is "immovable and indestructible." In the ultimate sense, dharmas do not transfer to other states, and there is no destruction either. What is meant by "just this much" is that there is no binding and liberation, no affliction, no transfer and destruction. All dharmas are equal in the nature of the Dharmadhatu, so rejoicing with discrimination becomes supreme, this is the second time. Again, worlds like the sands of the Ganges
