And how, after extensively rejoicing in what is called "etc.," how the Bodhisattva dedicates is already explained. Furthermore, to clarify the meaning of asking with what intention it was spoken, it is with "that" etc. What is called "what things" refers to the Tathagatas of the ten directions, etc. What is called "what" is another question of whether it can be apprehended. What is called "objects" refers to roots of virtue, etc. What is called "what aspects" refers to the aggregates of morality and samadhi, etc. What is called "that mind" is the mind of rejoicing. What is called "what" is another question of whether it can be apprehended. To take as a sign is to discriminate, otherwise rejoicing and dedication would not be reasonable. The intention is this: because one engages by focusing on the roots of virtue of all Buddhas, etc., from the ten directions, the rejoicing of Bodhisattvas, and because the root of virtue engages in non-things and non-objects, will one obtain results equal to the four inversions? Or if things and objects exist slightly as they are, then one will obtain the statement that all dharmas exist. Or if it is not existent, then everything will be non-existent. How does one accomplish the dedication when things, objects, and roots of virtue, as well as rejoicing and the object of meritorious action, do not exist? After saying so, which Maitreya Bodhisattva is fully ripened, the Bodhisattva who has manifested the wisdom of emptiness, dedicating with the sign of that very Bodhisattva, is said to exist, as said by the venerable Subhuti, "those things," etc. Said by the venerable one: If, etc., then who newly manifests emptiness and dedicates, will his inversion not change? To this, the inversion of perception refers to: for the time being, regarding the roots of virtue, etc., which are without inherent existence, thinking that these roots of virtue are truly dedicated to enlightenment.

Thus, completely examining with discriminating thought is a perverted view. For that, enduring, desiring, establishing, and manifestly clinging to such a complete examination of such a thought is a perverted mind. For that, with that manifest clinging to the object, the mind does not turn back; these are examples of desire for the sake of accomplishing. Desire arises from truly thinking of an object that has ceased to exist, and is related to this. Showing the aspect of truly thinking is thinking of permanence in impermanence, etc. Discriminating thought is imputation. Universal discriminating thought is manifestly clinging with aspects such as permanence, and thus desire arises. That is also the nature of perversion, that is, thinking of permanence in impermanence, and as long as thinking of purity in impurity, completely examining with such a thought, that is a perverted thought. For that, enduring and desiring such a complete examination of such a thought, that is a perverted view. Manifestly clinging in that way, for that, the afflictions such as desire, that becomes a perverted mind. Thus, the nature of perversion such as thought is desire. Rejoicing and dedicating, paying attention, this is the same as that, because taking an object even in what should not be taken, it becomes perverted. Furthermore, "furthermore" indicates the need to make a need for the intention of others, and "mind also" is the mind of dedication. "All dharmas" is a summary. "All realms" is an extensive explanation. If faults are spoken of with "if also," etc., that is "therefore, with what things," etc., those related to the mind of rejoicing. "What mind" is the mind of dedication. Here also, because of the lack of self-nature, "where" is to whom. "Dedication itself does not change" is the intention. Where, it is not taken out somewhere. Here, the noble Maitreya has manifested the suchness, may it be virtuous!

Explaining emptiness from the new ones who are separated from relying on the spiritual friend. Regarding this, it is said to be a non-receptacle, such as "Noble Rabjor, this is not," etc. It should not be explained in seven ways, this is in terms of the text. It should not be taught, this is in terms of meaning. Regarding explanation, etc., it points out the faults of falling away from what has been attained and falling away without having attained. Such as "any slight difference among them," etc., this will not exist. Where? In rejoicing and dedication, etc. The word "slight" means uninterrupted. Faith is the cause of perfect enlightenment, that is, trust. Joy is joy, that is, desire. Aspiration is that from which virtues arise correctly, in accordance, free from mental turbidity. Respect is that which, with respect, does not transgress offerings, etc., to it. Thus, because there is no subsequent practice, it is specifically shown that falling away without having attained. Explaining to those who are fully ripened is without fault, it is shown as "non-returning," that is, because the first ground has been attained. Anyone new who has not yet realized Suchness, if he relies on a spiritual friend, also because of skillful means, having gone close to the object of focus, with special aspiration for the conventional practices of rejoicing and dedication, relying correctly on the ultimate truth, relying on the non-object, is called the practice of dedication. Regarding this, it is also said that there is no fault of reversal or falling away, that is, regarding this it is declared that there is no fault of explanation. Such as "any spiritual friend," who will rely, that is, has relied. Abiding is the inferiority of mind. Complete timidity is correctly seeing the nature of mind. Shyness is fatigue. Restlessness is the continuation of fatigue. Fear is lack of diligence. Pure fear is complete fear. Its continuation is becoming accompanied by complete fear. Thus it is said, it is without ghosts, etc. Now, in order to show that the abiding one is also the dedication of the ultimate truth, it is measured by four ways, completely.
