The qualities of the Buddha refer to powers and so on. Perfect and complete enlightenment itself is happiness, because it is the happiness of peace, and because it is the cause of the happiness of beings. The so-called transcendence of mastery over all dharmas refers to the ability to perfectly accomplish the benefit of beings in all aspects. Miraculous powers refer to walking in the sky and so on. That is, manifesting to beings to be tamed is manifestation. Or the manifestation of miraculous powers is activity, that is, for immeasurable beings, because the tamable are infinite, so that is also infinite. Unsubduable means that it is not an object for all demons and unfavorable factors. Subduing all means subduing all demons and heretics. Supreme means that it is not shared with hearers and so on. Without obscuration means that because of purity, all afflictions and obscurations of knowledge cannot be destroyed individually. The so-called non-attachment means obtaining the cause of attachment, or the object of the cause of hatred, if one is attached to one, one can turn to others, because there is no such ability, so it is non-attachment. Unobstructed means that it can enter all aspects of all knowable things. Unequaled means that it is not shared with the world. Unparalleled means that there is no parallel. Completely cutting off from everything is immeasurable, it is direct perception, which can hold all of its own nature. That is not in others, so it is inconceivable. The Tathagatas' knowledge of reality is true wisdom. That is power, because it can subdue everything. What is the power of the Buddha among the powers, it means that the power of the Buddha's wisdom is the ability, in order to do all kinds of things in all aspects at all times. That is the most supreme power among the powers. The so-called Buddha's wisdom and vision, wisdom is truth and perfect and complete enlightenment. Vision is the five clairvoyances. Here only

Furthermore, it is called viewing with an extremely clear aspect. The so-called perfection of the ten powers refers to the powers of knowing what is and is not, and so on. The four fearlessnesses are completely and perfectly understood, and are related to understanding any dharma. So, how does one directly realize the ultimate truth of all dharmas through correct wisdom? It is through definite realization. The so-called turning of the wheel of dharma refers to the dharmas of the combination of names, the combination of words, and the combination of letters that make the four truths clear. Those wheels, that is, those that are well turned. This is the teaching, and its extensive explanation consists of nine words. That itself is the lamp of dharma, the speech that makes the four noble truths clear. What is bound by that is the manifestation of mind. That speech itself is the drum of dharma, and striking it is to let the beings to be tamed hear it. That speech itself is the conch of dharma, blowing it is to let the beings to be tamed know. The so-called blowing of the conch of dharma is said in some places. Therefore, even for the beings to be tamed who dwell in other realms, it is proclaimed by this, in order to obtain the meaning of speech. The so-called wielding of the sword of dharma is to completely destroy the afflictions. The so-called raining of the rain of dharma is to cause many beings to grow good crops, and entering into it is to rain it down. Dharma itself is offering, because there is no obstruction. Its giving is to give dharma to all sentient beings. To satisfy and truly give is to give dharma according to the wishes of the beings to be tamed, in the way they desire. Thus, after showing the rejoicing in the increase of all dharmas, one should state the focus on sentient beings and dharma. That is also divided into four types according to the difference in focus on dharma by bodhisattvas, solitary realizers, solitary realizers, and the Hearer Vehicle. Based on that, it is said: Whatever dharma is taught, and so on. The so-called taming is to make sentient beings abide well in the Buddha's teachings, and so on, in a suitable way. What should be practiced is from above.

The above is the object of what is learned. Becoming convinced means that it is also due to the power of special conviction. Becoming certain means that it is because one does not turn back from one's own liberation. How does one become certain? It is said that becoming inclined towards perfect enlightenment means that each individual's liberation is the perfect enlightenment of the Shravakas and others. Here, "which ordinary beings" refers to those who have not attained the path, that is, those who have escaped from samsara. Showing to the retinues refers to the fourfold retinue of those Buddhas, the Bhagavat. The so-called complete nirvana, in particular, refers to relying on the Buddhas, etc., as a field of merit. Meditating with the mind means to make it happy. Therefore, the benefit is to meditate with the mind, which means to make it joyful. Completely and clearly gathering together, that is, without remainder, rejoicing, is how it is connected. "Only" means with one heap. The explanation of "clearly gathering together" is to say adding up and measuring. "Having examined with a meditative mind." The so-called rejoicing means doing it perfectly, with joy as the object. The so-called rejoicing refers to the arising of joy itself. In "with excellence," etc., "excellence itself," etc., is as before. Or, for the eleven objects, also because that is the best, there are eleven words. How are there eleven? In the center and the ten directions, wherever the Tathagatas are, whatever roots of virtue they do not cut off, it is because that is its object. How does one completely dedicate? What is said is that accomplishing enlightenment is to become an attraction. Even if one's own merit is to be completely dedicated, even so, even if one does not have the actions of giving, etc., merely by rejoicing, one can generate such an unparalleled accumulation of merit. In order to skillfully and correctly show this reason, the merit of rejoicing is established. Thus, it is said in this way.
