How the correct view is called Dharma. The practice common to all sentient beings, such as equal Dharma's loving-kindness, is equal practice. It is for the sake of the near pacification of all defilements and sufferings. Peace is Nirvana. Therefore, conduct is peaceful conduct. Virtue is the virtuous conduct of body, speech, and mind. "Born" means that it is the first to enter from that which is indicated. "Discriminating" means that the teaching also depends on the Bodhisattva. Thus, having explained the cause of discriminating all white dharmas, in order to indicate the benefits of the previously explained Dharma of Vision, it is said, "Kaushika, and also." "Not abandoning fear" and so on, fear is the cause of death. Not abandoning that is not abandoning fear. This is a brief explanation, and the rest is an extensive explanation. "The ministers" refers to the main ones. "Speaking" is merely speaking truthfully. "Speech" refers to inquiries about physical health and so on. "Should be made truly happy" refers to arranging words that generate joy. "Being near" means that it occurs in that way by its power. "Fierce" refers to the sixth type of wild animals. "Poisonous snakes" refers to snakes that go crookedly. Their solitary places are difficult to traverse by themselves. "Unrealized" and so on, refers to that which is placed outside due to the ripening of previous karma, therefore, it is said for the sake of the merit of the cause of completely pacifying the opponent's arguments, because there is no disturbance of other's minds. After that, "other heretics" and so on, refers to other heretics, those who manifestly cling to the other extreme of reaching the other shore. "Argument" refers to answering with an argument that says "it is not like this." "Should be thought of" means to pay attention. "White Dharma" means that the future meaning is Dharma. White means that it should be obtained by coming to the place of teaching, meaning "not seen." Even in the future, the sound of Dharma is visible from the teachings, such as "how the formations possess such Dharma" and so on, and aging.

It is like being called "the body of Dharma." As it is said, "Dharma is birth and speech, the future and the permanent." That is what is said. First, the merit of non-interruption that is shown is said to show the meaning of approaching encounter, that is, starting from "evil demon" and so on. The so-called "eyes do not strive" refers to the eyes that are distracted by seeing the army and so on. Therefore, distraction will truly arise in the mind as well. The collection of the army is the collection of strength. That is the four limbs, namely elephants, horses, infantry, and chariots. Arrangement is gathering. The essence of form is the lord of Magadha. King Light is the lord of Shravasti. The royal families born from the Shakya clan. The Licchavis are the people of Vaishali. The so-called "return" refers to having returned. The so-called "manifestation" means that they are more excellent than the flowers on the trees and so on. The so-called "sitting in the empty sky" refers to those who have gone from sky to sky. The so-called "for a long, long time" refers to being long. The so-called "appearing within" refers to coming again. In order to specifically determine the appearance of the Buddhas. Again, the so-called "holding the heavenly flowers" refers to engaging in offerings again with great joy. The merit of non-interruption, the sons of the gods said for the sake of those to be tamed, "Which sentient beings" and so on. The so-called "for them is Mara" means that the power of Indra's remembrance is not only unique, but also for what other sentient beings remember, it is also the antidote to all faults, that is his intention. The bad meaning is small. Because what should be done has been done, it is what should be done. The fortune of hearing the Bhagavan is in accordance with the roots of virtue of giving Dharma robes and so on to the Buddhas who have heard before. Just as in the Prajnaparamita, the nature of Suchness is Suchness, and the three words "learning" and so on refer to states such as combination. The so-called "from the great ocean of Prajnaparamita" refers to wisdom.

The perfection of wisdom itself is the great ocean. The very fact that it precedes all perfections, and also reveals other qualities, begins with "from then on," and so forth. Giving, and so forth, is perfected, hence the perfection. Praise is praise or merit. It is said because it is spoken at the same time. To proclaim completely is continuously. Even so, since there may be other perfections that are the cause of omniscience, it is not reasonable to proclaim this alone as truly perfect. The meaning of "preceding" is that the front is the body. Because the perfection of giving and so forth will necessarily arise. This is spoken from the opposite point of view, beginning with "What do you think?" and so forth. "No" means that since there is no complete dedication to omniscience, it is not reasonable to be supreme. "Inconceivable" means that when giving is completely dedicated to omniscience, the perfection of giving and omniscience are in the position of fruit.
