If so, would those who understand other languages, upon merely seeing, be able to recognize, "This is the name of so-and-so"? In reality, it is not understanding. Therefore, name does not arise at the time of the arising of phenomena. It also does not cease with the cessation of phenomena, for even if the object with that name ceases, that name can still be spoken of in conventional terms, and this is not a fearful thing. Therefore, since there is no arising or ceasing, although it is not a different phenomenon, this is the intention that it is merely a designation. The nature of sentient beings is also not reasonable for a Bodhisattva, for why? A Bodhisattva does not grasp at self-nature, and the discriminations made, like grasping at self, etc., proceed in two ways. If a Bodhisattva manifestly clings to self, then what will become of the nature of the five aggregates? Like those who assert annihilationism completely imputing a self. Or is it something else that is different from the five aggregates, like those who assert permanence completely imputing a self? Here, for the moment, the five aggregates are of the nature of the distinction between what is to be grasped and what grasps, but what is to be grasped does not exist, because the characteristic of what is to be grasped is not reasonable. What grasps also does not exist, because since there is nothing to be grasped, it is not reasonable. Since the five aggregates are all non-existent, the sentient being who is their nature becomes a Bodhisattva. If, again, there were a sentient being who is different from the aggregates, then that would be understood as such, but it is not understanding. Therefore, why is a sentient being like a rabbit's horn, the child of a barren woman, etc., the Bodhisattva? The nature of the five forms, such as form, etc., which are the conventional terms of permanence and impermanence, etc., is also not reasonable for a Bodhisattva, for why? Forms, etc., are in reality completely non-existent, because they are completely imputed. Why would the conventional terms of those, which are completely non-existent, be the Bodhisattva? The nature of phenomena such as form, etc., is also not reasonable for a Bodhisattva, because all phenomena such as form, etc., are

Because it does not exist in the nature of being examined. Because that does not exist, the nature of consciousness that appears with that, for others, is also absent only because of the unreal appearance, so the remainder arises from them with the nature of perfect accomplishment. All dharmas are also the nature of suchness in the state of perfect accomplishment. Therefore, by looking at what is one called by the name Bodhisattva? Why is it said that another sees another? Or if conditioned dharmas are seen in the realm of unconditioned dharmas, this also does not exist, because there is no difference. For example, suchness itself is called conditioned in the impure state, but that same suchness is called unconditioned in the pure state. Just as water that was not clear before is later called the same water when it becomes very clear. Just as the sky that was previously stained by clouds, etc., is later called the same sky when it becomes free from stains. Similarly, suchness that was previously impure, even if it later becomes very pure, is still called that same suchness, so there is no difference in nature between conditioned and unconditioned dharmas. Therefore, what will see what? Why is it not said that one truly sees oneself? These also only arise from the great ones in the yoga of not focusing on the four extremes. That also begins with "I", etc. The Prajñāpāramitā is called Prajñāpāramitā, which also arises from names, etc., as the nature of another. Therefore, how can that also be seen like a Bodhisattva? That is the idea. The sound of "called" is extremely famous, just as when a king appears, he is called Śuddhodana, which is a completely pure custom. If neither is seen, what is reasonable? Thus it is said. Starting with "I have not seen", etc., if a Bodhisattva is not seen, how can the dharmas of names, etc., become a Bodhisattva?
