It teaches that Bodhisattvas and others are merely conceptual constructs. Thus, after closely showing that all of this is not ultimately real, what is said that accords with the Dharma nature is like saying "I, I," but extremely I, and so forth. Because of the absence of a single nature, and because of being unborn, it is not manifestly established. Just as the sound of "how" and by the occasion, so also it is understood to refer to Bodhisattvas and others. This speaks of the characteristic of being manifestly established. Below, it speaks of the characteristic of not being manifestly established, which is non-existence. Thus, in the case of those without inherent existence, and so forth, the very fact that the nature conceived by children is not grasped, and the characteristic of not being manifestly established, is also the characteristic of being perfectly established. It is intended to mean that it is not by the forms and so forth that are conceptually constructed. Thus, because the nature of conceptual construction is absent, it is shown that it is not possible to instruct. If so, because the nature of perfect establishment exists, will it be possible to instruct? To dispel this doubt, for the time being, the nature of perfect establishment is shown. Thus, like all those dharmas, and so forth, "Thus" means that by the nature of conceptual construction, whatever is the absence of inherent existence, emptiness, of dharmas is called not manifestly established, which is the meaning of the nature of perfect establishment. However, emptiness is the nature of dharmas. If it is not different from conceptual construction, then when confusion ceases, emptiness will also cease. If emptiness is permanent, then because it is not different from it, confusion will also become permanent. Therefore, it is said, "Whatever," and so forth. It means that whatever is the nature of perfect establishment, those are not the dharmas of conceptual construction that are the nature of confusion. As it is said: By what and what is name, what dharma is manifestly declared, this is just conceptual construction, it is not something that has self-nature. The other is the nature of dependence, it arises from the conditions of conceptualization, perfect establishment is before that, whatever is always separated, that itself is not other, not.

Not other than other-dependence, like the four characteristics of impermanence, etc., that are spoken of. The statement, "Because of other-dependence, it is devoid of complete imputation," refers to the dharma of other-dependence. Therefore, it is not to be expressed by difference and non-difference, the nature of dharmata is the nature of perfect accomplishment, spoken of in the state of being accompanied by all defilements. In the state of being completely purified, it is the object of the cessation of other-dependence. At that time, it is also called dharmata. To follow the previous one is terminology. As it is said: "Because the elephant is not seen, it is devoid of the form of its form. The near object of the field, like an illusion, appears all at once." And in the treatise: "Not truly, only completely imputed, therefore this is established from that. Because all exists, it is not so. Because that is exhausted, it is said to be liberation." The statement "the exhaustion of other-dependence" refers to showing the difference from complete imputation in emptiness. Speaking from the perspective of perfect accomplishment, such as "what," etc., in the ultimate sense, dharmas such as Bodhisattvas are, because of the nature of the dharmadhatu, the characteristic of not being manifestly established. Therefore, for them, because they transcend all elaboration, they are incapable of being instructed, this is the intention. In order to show the meaning just explained, it is said, "Not other than what is not manifestly established." The statement "all dharmas?" refers to the knowable, such as the aggregates. The statement "Buddha dharma?" refers to the attainments to be obtained, such as realization and fearlessness. The statement "Bodhisattva dharma?" refers to the qualities previously obtained. The statement "who practices towards enlightenment?" refers to the Bodhisattva. All of these, in the ultimate state, are not observed as being other than what is not manifestly established, that is, not as being different from emptiness. The nature of the extremely pure dharmadhatu, only emptiness alone becomes more excellent at that time. Therefore, it is shown that because it transcends all elaboration, there is no true instruction. Thus, after closely showing the Bodhisattvas who are the nature of the ultimate truth,
