Therefore, that is liberation. Thus, in the conventional sense, the nature of things such as those with and without defilements, in the ultimate sense, the Tathagata knows all of them through emptiness. After showing them separately, he further shows that all are without distinction, the nature of the one and only Suchness, which is the nature of knowing emptiness. The one who shows thus is "Subhuti, furthermore," etc. The so-called "those who are like mind are non-existent," etc., means that because of the nature of mind, the so-called mind is a conceptual designation, but it is not existent by itself. Therefore, the so-called "because of non-existence" means because it has not become existent. The so-called "because of non-arising" means because it is not produced by causes and conditions. The so-called "because of non-accomplishment" means because it is like an illusory elephant, because it is not real. Therefore, those who see that very Suchness are also not manifest to the eye consciousness. The so-called "in all" refers to the three that have already been mentioned. It is said in the sutra that among the eyes of the Dharma and the Buddha, they are included in the nature of the eye of wisdom. In this way, in order to truly reveal the mental activities of all sentient beings with the nature of emptiness, the Tathagatas and the world Those who reveal and gather together are "thus," etc. Now, in order to show the opening up, etc., the so-called "revealing the world" means the one who reveals is "furthermore," etc. The so-called "other sentient beings" refers to sentient beings in general. The so-called "other individuals" refers to those who particularly desire the world. The so-called "able to open upwards" means the one who is able to reveal, the one who is able to arise. It refers to those who open up due to relying on the minds of heretics with inverted views, etc., with the power of clinging and the power of extreme attachment. The stream of mind that definitely clings with the power of grasping at annihilation and the power of extreme defamation is the one who is closed. The so-called "abiding in form, and even abiding in consciousness," etc. means that all of them arise from the five aggregates onwards. Therefore, knowing those who rely on the five aggregates is knowing, and it is also the meaning of knowing them as they are. How are they

The question called "knowing" comes first, and the heretics use fourteen similes to explain it, such as the so-called "Thus Gone One" and so on. Just as others (heretics) think they have attained liberation, this (Tathagata) is also gone, that is, the Tathagata. Some heretics think that they have attained liberation, and just like that, this view arises, thinking that that (Tathagata) will produce (new) birth after death. How does this arise? Some (heretics) rely on the worldly path to suppress afflictions. Some (heretics) can generate supernormal powers such as knowing the minds of others only through the worldly path. Those who can know the minds of others, some people think that this is liberation, and that is how it happens. For those people, when they die for other reasons, because the afflictions and karma of other existences are completely produced, they will see (new) birth with the divine eye, and they will have this view: the Thus Gone One will produce (new birth) after death. Some other people also suppress afflictions through the worldly path, and thus are reborn into mindless beings or formless beings. There are also some people who see the birth of the Thus Gone One with the divine eye. Seeing the five aggregates themselves as sentient beings with the divine eye, those people will become holders of this view: the Thus Gone One will not produce (new birth) after death. There are also some people who suppress afflictions as before, and some people will be reborn into the mindless (realm). Some people are elsewhere, from outside those (mindless realms), some people generate supernormal powers as before, some people see (the birth of the Thus Gone One), some people do not see it, those people will become holders of this view: the Thus Gone One will both produce (new birth) and not produce (new birth) after death. There are also some people who see these two situations, only clinging to various letters, but not to various meanings. Those people will become holders of this view: the Thus Gone One will neither produce (new birth) nor not produce (new birth) after death. All these views arise depending on the five aggregates such as form. Therefore, it is said that this is a (view) dependent on form. Similarly, feeling
