If not, then the great ones have spoken of reasonable reasons. For example: Form is empty by its very nature. Whatever emptiness of form is not form. There is no form other than emptiness, and form itself is emptiness, and emptiness is also form. The meaning is not to be attached to form, because form is empty by its very nature. Here, there are three kinds of form: the form of complete imputation, the form of other-dependence, and the form of the nature of reality. Whatever is grasped by the characteristics of form, etc., by ordinary people, and has the essence of things, is the form of complete imputation. Similarly, whatever appears as an object in any way is the form of other-dependence. Whatever is free from those aspects, completely accomplished, and is only suchness, is the form of the nature of reality. Among them, whatever is the completely accomplished form of the nature of reality is the emptiness of the nature of complete imputation, and has the characteristic of the complete accomplishment of suchness, that is not form. That is not the nature of form, because in any case it is free from the appearance and appearance of form. If that is the case, if there is no form in any case, then what is used to say that this is emptiness? Because emptiness that is free from objects does not exist, and the nature of reality cannot be different from the Dharma, and the Dharma cannot be different from the nature of reality, so it should be said to those who have doubts: There is no form other than emptiness. What will be said? Just as impure water is called mud when it is impure, and water when it is pure. Just as in the impure state the sky is called a bad place, and in the pure state it is called the sky. Similarly, this emptiness, for children, is expressed by words such as form that are not separate in the impure state, and is called emptiness in the pure state. Therefore, separated from emptiness

It means that form and other dharmas are not (real). Thus, when dharma and dharmata exist without difference, it is said in the hundredfold path that form itself is emptiness. When one wants to express dharma by dharmata, in the hundredfold path, emptiness is called form. When one wants to express the dharmata of dharma, there it is also said that form itself is emptiness, that is, the form of dharmata is said to be emptiness, and emptiness alone is called form. Emptiness is just like that, that is, it expresses the form of dharmata. At that time, because the forms of complete imputation and discrimination are extremely non-existent, even in the perfectly established nature, it is impossible to abide, so it is said, "Do not abide in form." Similarly, it should be applied to feelings and so on. Thus, after closely showing the proof of non-abiding, the faults of abiding will be shown. What is the reason for this? If one abides in form, it is because one is not skilled in the means of form, grasps in an inappropriate way, does not understand the dharmas of the nature of non-existent things, and thinks, "I am the nature of form" or "This of mine is form" or "The nature of form is this," this is abiding in form. That is the manifestation of form, acting on the discrimination of form and the dharma of following intention, but not acting on the nature of emptiness and the practice of following Prajnaparamita, this refers to this meaning. For the practice of manifestation, the fault will also be shown, that is, if one practices manifestation, then one is not completely holding Prajnaparamita, this is because falling into self-grasping and grasping of what belongs to self, acting on manifestation, then one cannot obtain the complete holding of Prajnaparamita, the attainment of yoga, perfection, and liberation, so it is said, "Non-grasping is grasping." How does one grasp without grasping? It is said, "There is no complete grasping of form," etc., this is called the proof of non-grasping.

It is so. This practice is also shown in three ways: not clinging to Dharma, not clinging to wisdom, and not clinging to characteristics. Among them, the time of not clinging to Dharma starts from "form is also not grasped" in the Prajnaparamita, and ends with "even all-knowingness is also not grasped." The time of not clinging to characteristics starts from "not clinging to characteristics," and ends with "even not clinging to consciousness." The time of not clinging to wisdom starts from "in that wisdom, that joy and happiness are also not clearly seen," and ends with "it should be known in the Prajnaparamita." Among them, at the very beginning of not clinging to Dharma, "form is also not grasped" means that for what reason, the form of Dharma-nature is the boundary of falling into self-grasping and grasping of what belongs to oneself, and no continuum grasps it as the nature of form itself. Therefore, it shows that it acts on the manifestation, but does not act on the practice of ultimate Prajnaparamita. Why is it said not to cling to form? "What is not grasped as form is not form." Here, not clinging is to declare the characteristic of perfection. What does not cling to the form of Dharma-nature, the nature of perfection, is not the nature of the form of complete imputation. Therefore, it should be connected as "the form of Dharma-nature is not grasped," and its meaning is this. Some aspects of Dharma such as form are not made empty by others after being grasped before, but emptiness itself is its nature, so how can true clinging arise in it? Likewise, feeling and so on should also be connected. This is also like the Dharma spoken of Bodhisattva and so on, which is said in the Samadhi of mere name, and whatever is not grasped by all Dharmas is spoken of in that way.
