Is The Blessed One, through the empowerment of the selflessness of the person, first turned the wheel of Dharma in Varanasi. This is the meaning of being called the second in relation to the selflessness of phenomena. It is said that this is not the second turning of the wheel of Dharma because, in terms of ultimate truth, all phenomena are beyond number, so it is said that there is no turning or returning to any phenomenon. By the name of turning the wheel of Dharma, the distinctions of names are clarified. Thus, and so on. When the Perfection of Wisdom holds only the characteristic of the nature of the absence of entity of all phenomena, there is no turning or returning to any phenomenon. Therefore, the Perfection of Wisdom is the meaning of what is said. By "Great Perfection of Wisdom" and so on, it shows that Subhuti reveals the expanse of entering into all phenomena. Among them, "This Great Perfection of Wisdom" shows the great realm and the great secret realm, that is, there are three kinds of secrets: the secret of entering the Dharma, the secret of perfect enlightenment, and the secret of turning the wheel of Dharma. Among them, the secret of entering the Dharma that is spoken of is: that there is no attachment to all phenomena. Even if all its phenomena appear in conventional truth, this sees that there is no self-nature in their ultimate truth, and does not become attached to any phenomenon. Therefore, in the manner of conventional truth and ultimate truth, it makes the name of Dharma correctly enter into everything, and also shows the thought of non-Dharma and perfect enlightenment, and by "also sees perfect enlightenment" it speaks of the secret of perfect enlightenment, that is, wanting to perfectly awaken to unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, but not perfectly awakening to any phenomenon. The secret of turning the wheel of Dharma that is spoken of is "even if turning the wheel of Dharma." It does not truly show any phenomenon. Below, the turning of the wheel of Dharma will be explained in eight ways.

Because there is no dharma, no wheel, no well-turned, no teaching, no teacher, no hearing, no realization, and no noble person. Among them, the saying of no dharma means that for anything that can be taken as an object, there is no dharma. What is the dharma to be explained? The saying of no wheel means that there is nothing that can be turned by anything, this is the sound of "nothing". It is like a wheel, therefore it is a wheel, because it abides in this and enters into meaning. The saying of no well-turned means that no dharma will change, this is the reason stated here. If asked, "Why is that?", etc., then, the very words of Subhuti are to explain "It is so", etc., because emptiness is neither entering nor changing. Therefore, the saying of no sign and no wish, and no teaching, means "Anything that is explained like this is". The saying of no teacher means that no one explains. The saying of no hearing means that no one hears, and no one receives. The saying of no realization means that no one manifests, etc. The saying of no noble person means that "No one is completely liberated from this", even to "There is no place for giving". Because space is infinite, this is called the infinite paramita, because with such a nature, it is limitless like space. Because there is no space, this is called the non-existent paramita, this is what is said somewhere. There, like space, it does not exist with the nature of invisibility and the nature of non-existence. This is added to combine the explanation of the Great Vehicle with the meaning of Abhisamaya. The saying "Because all dharmas are equal in invisibility" means that all dharmas are equal with the nature of no object. The saying "Seclusion" is because it is separated from the proliferation of afflictions and discriminations, etc.

The so-called "truly empty" is because all dharmas are empty of the nature of parikalpita and paratantra. The so-called "unconquerable" is because the very nature of purity can truly counteract the increase of all dharmas, and will not be overwhelmed by faults. The so-called "for the sake of not perceiving all dharmas" is because when all dharmas are empty of the nature of parikalpita and paratantra, they become one with suchness and nature, so they will not be overwhelmed by anything. The so-called "no place" is because there is nothing in the dharmas that becomes a place, so there is no reliance, no source, and no destination, and the body has no self-nature of person and dharma. It is said in the sutra: "No coming, no going, no body, no birth." In the saying "no name and no body", name refers to the non-form aggregates, and body refers to the form aggregate. Therefore, it is said that they do not exist. The so-called "no self-nature" refers to the nature of dharmas, such as creation and experience, which are not truly existent in the ultimate sense, so they are emptiness and no self-nature. The so-called "for the sake of no coming and going" is because in that state, the coming and going of all dharmas have been freed from inversion. The so-called "unspeakable" is because it is not the object of speech. The so-called "inconceivable" is because speech itself is discrimination. The so-called "no name" is because there are no four non-form aggregates of feeling, perception, volition, and consciousness. These four aggregates themselves are two words of non-perception, and these two words do not appear in some places. The so-called "all dharmas have no action" is because all dharmas have been liberated from action. The so-called "all dharmas have no grasping" is because dharmas do not grasp dharmas, so they are inviolable. The so-called "having the dharma of fearlessness" refers to the dharma
