Now, subduing is because of subduing all demons and heretics. Superior, because it is not common with the Hearers and others. Without obscuration, because of purity, all afflictive and cognitive obscurations cannot be separately destroyed. Called non-attachment, because obtaining the cause of attachment, or the object of the cause of hatred, therefore it is impossible to be attached to one object and turn to another, because there is none of this, therefore it is non-attachment. Unobstructed, because all knowable things enter into all aspects. Unequaled, because it is not common with the world. Without simile, because it is without simile. Completely cutting off everything, is immeasurable, is the direct perception of holding one's entire nature. Because this is not present in other beings, it is inconceivable. The Tathagatas' knowledge of what is as it is, is true knowledge. This itself is power, because it can subdue everything. Among powers, what is the power of the Buddha? The power of the Buddha's wisdom is the ability, because it can do all kinds of things at all times. This itself is the most superior power among powers. As for the Buddha's wisdom and vision, wisdom is truth and manifest enlightenment. Vision is the five kinds of clairvoyance. Here, wisdom itself is vision with a very clear form. The perfection of the ten powers refers to the power of knowing what is and is not, and so on. It is related to the complete realization of the four fearlessnesses, and the realization of any dharma. How to manifest the truth of all dharmas in the ultimate truth with wisdom is through definitive realization. Turning the wheel of dharma refers to the collection of names, sentences, and words that clarify the four truths. The wheel of those dharmas is to thoroughly turn it. This is the teaching, and its detailed explanation has nine words. This itself is the lamp of dharma, which is the

What is it? That cessation is the mental application of the mind. Speech itself is the drum of Dharma; striking it is to allow sentient beings to hear it. Speech itself is the conch of Dharma; blowing it is to make the beings know. It is called proclaiming the Dharma conch, which is spoken in some places. There, even to the beings dwelling in other realms, this is proclaimed, for the sake of obtaining the meaning of speech. What is called wielding the sword of Dharma is to pacify the afflictions. Raining down the rain of Dharma is the act of causing many beings to grow good crops, which is its raining. Dharma itself is offering, because it is unobstructed. Its giving is giving Dharma to all beings. Making them satisfied and truly increasing is giving according to the desires of the beings, with the Dharma they desire. Thus, after briefly showing the rejoicing that focuses on the increase of all Dharmas, one should speak of the objects of sentient beings and Dharma, which are also Bodhisattvas, Pratyekabuddhas, Pratyekabuddhas, and the Sravaka vehicle, each divided into four types according to the difference of objects of Dharma. Speaking according to that is, "Whatever Dharma is taught, those and so on." Taming is to make beings abide in the Buddha's Dharma and so on, as appropriate. What is to be learned is to focus on what is to be learned from above. Believing is also due to increasing belief. What is certain is that one does not turn back from one's own liberation. How is it certain? What is said is the phrase "inclined towards perfect enlightenment," and each person's own liberation is the perfect enlightenment of the Sravakas and so on. Here, whoever is an individual person is one who has not attained the path, one who is outside of samsara. Showing to the retinue is the fourfold retinue of those Buddhas, the Bhagavad. Completely passing into nirvana is, in particular, relying on the Buddhas and so on is to make it a field. Meditating with the mind is to be pleased. Therefore

Recitation is what should be cultivated in the mind, meaning to begin. Completely and clearly gathering, without omission, rejoicing accordingly, is how it connects. "Solely" means with a single collection. The explanation of "clearly gathering" is summing up and measuring. "Having examined with an equanimous mind." "Rejoicing accordingly" means doing it perfectly, with joy as the object. "Of rejoicing accordingly" means just by generating joy. "With excellence," etc., excellence, etc., are as before. Or, for the eleven objects, there are eleven words because that is the best. How are there eleven? The center and the ten directions, the Tathagatas, whatever roots of virtue they have not severed, it is because that is the object. How to completely dedicate? It is said, practicing for enlightenment becomes an invitation. If one's own merit should also be completely dedicated. Even so, even if one does not have actions such as giving, just by rejoicing, one can generate such an unparalleled accumulation of merit. In order to skillfully show this reason, the merit of rejoicing is established. Therefore, saying such things, etc., it is explained in detail how to rejoice. How the Bodhisattva completely dedicates has been said. In order to clarify the intention with which it was spoken, it is questioned with "to that," etc. "What things" refers to the Tathagatas of the ten directions, etc. "What" is another question, whether it can be an object. "What object" refers to the roots of virtue. "What aspects" refers to the aggregates of discipline and samadhi, etc. "That mind" refers to the mind of rejoicing. "What" is another question, whether it can be an object. "Taking as a sign" is discrimination.
