By relying on this, because there is no offering to the Bhagavan and others, just by reverence alone, one can accumulate more merit. Therefore, because of attachment to combining with Abhisamaya, this is established. The Buddha's Dharma is Prajñāpāramitā, which surpasses the five eyes such as the flesh eye. Because it is inseparable from this, it is inseparable, and its essence is inseparability. Among "immeasurable" and so on, there are two ways of holding Prajñāpāramitā and wisdom Pāramitā: one is to put it in a scripture and place it outside; the other is if it is placed inside through holding etc., then holding immeasurable qualities, that is Pāramitā. A stupa is a stupa, which is a collection of "this and that." Offering with flowers etc. is to pay homage to both of them. The chapter describing these is about Pāramitā and paying homage to stupas, and the chapter on holding immeasurable qualities, which is the third chapter. This is saying that, from the Jambudvipa filled with the bodies of the Tathāgatas, upholding the Prajñāpāramitā is suitable as the purpose of offerings etc. To show this meaning, the Bhagavan asks Indra, i.e., "if it is to you" etc. Or, building a stupa with the essence of the relics of the Tathāgata, made of seven jewels, whose number is equal to the number of beings in the worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, from these offerings, offering Prajñāpāramitā can accumulate more merit, which has been said before. In order to understand all this through it, it is stated again in another way, i.e., "what should be done?". Indeed, but the reason stated earlier is to show it through the way of Indra, so it is stated in detail again. In "bodies," it is the sixth case, i.e., filled by them. What is said, "What is the use of just pervading?" means completely filling, i.e., reaching the peak of the crest jewel.

The term "Napala" means to give closely for the purpose of offering. "Bradna" means "the other one is blind." To make a picture is a special expression of reverence. Because the Bhagavan Mother is more supreme than all of them, this is called the "Tathagata's Body of True Meaning," which refers to the Prajnaparamita. The true meaning is the meaning of Suchness, and because it possesses Suchness, it is the meaning of Truth. The Body does not refer to relics and the like. For eye consciousness and so on, the body that can demonstrate that the object itself is pure is the pure body, which refers to the Form Body. To be perfected by the Dharma Body, here perfection means realization, because it is unborn. The Dharma Body is the essence of emptiness, which transcends all characteristics of pervasive and diverse conceptualizations, and is the principal body that is suitable for being unapprehended. What arises for the Bhagavan Mother? It is said, beginning with "This also," and so on. The ultimate limit of reality is emptiness, and what is manifested by it is birth, because the Prajnaparamita is the nature that demonstrates the common cause of the Dharma Realm. The meaning is that the Dharma Body is the Tathagata, the Lord. There, because it is the nature of emptiness, apprehension and offerings, etc., are not possible. The Bhagavan Mother is the Bhagavan who has the same cause as the Dharma Body, and because others are manifested by it, the Form Body is similar to the Dharma Body, so it should be offered to. If it is said, is there no reverence for the relics of the Tathagata? The answer is: No, it is not irreverent, beginning with "It is not irreverent," and so on. There is no irreverence towards them, meaning that I do not intend to be irreverent towards the relics. However, the word "however" is for a special meaning. If I have reverence for them, even so it is. The word "also" refers back to the distinction that has already been stated before. Birth, etc.

The so-called "is" is to understand its cause through particularity, meaning "because of birth." The example is "for example" and so on. Because it is the basis for the assembly place of the gods, the assembly place of the gods is a large house. It is forty-five "measures" long in the water, and thirty "measures" wide, made of various jewels, and it is also the city of the gods, in the southern and western parts, twenty "measures" look beautiful. The so-called "respect for me" is not because of the greatness of the seat's own essence. What explains this is "Why is that?", because it is very famous for power in order to truly understand all things, so it is power. What has the name "great power" is called "great power", which is the omniscient wisdom. That is the nature of the cause, and also the nature of the condition. The cause refers to the actual cause, which is the stage of the Bodhisattva. What is said is explained as "Tathagata" and so on. In this regard, omniscient wisdom is not like Indra, the relics of the Tathagata are not the cause and condition of this. Although like Indra's seat, what becomes the basis of omniscient wisdom is the form body. Like Indra, what is unequal is that the relics that are part of it, through offerings etc., also accumulate the correct arising of Bodhi etc. The Bhagavati is the cause and condition of omniscient wisdom itself. Therefore, the certainty of the Bhagavati herself, when offering relics, like the Bhagavati, the relics are not, what is said is "not a condition" and so on. Some people put forward negative words and non-existence, which is also an explanation. From being accustomed to the Prajnaparamita itself, the bodies that become the accomplishment of omniscient wisdom are conditions. Placed in the consciousness of the mind, because it is the condition of the body's particularity. Therefore, it has never been said that there is any difference between the relics and the Bhagavati.
