Therefore, it should be read. "Not surpassing the mind" and so on, as mentioned before. The so-called "faith," is determined by eliminating both sides. "Superior intention" is the superior intention, through it. The so-called "one side" is the meaning of this. Not separated from the Prajñāpāramitā, it should be understood by the nature of eliminating both sides. The so-called "abiding" and so on, is "non-retrogression." The so-called "non-retrogression" refers to the determination of not retrogressing from the Samyak-saṃbodhi, which is beneficial to its meaning. How does one abide? It is said that one abides well in a non-abiding manner, that is, in a manner of non-abiding, someone abides well, that is, abides truthfully. That itself is abiding in that. This shows that for this practice, from the determination of non-retrogression from the Samyak-saṃbodhi, it will inevitably arise. Thus, after explaining the practice of not accepting both sides, below, the practice of non-abiding will be explained. World Honored One, furthermore, Bodhisattva Mahāsattva and so on, until "not abiding in consciousness." Through this passage. At the end of the practice of not accepting both sides, abiding well in a non-abiding manner, through the end of this sentence, through the occasion, it should be understood as grasping the practice of non-abiding, this is related. The so-called "not abiding in form," why not abide in form? The reason is stated from the great ones. It is like this: form is empty by its own form. Whatever is the emptiness of form, that is not form. There is no form other than emptiness, and form itself is also emptiness, and emptiness is also form. The meaning is that one should not abide in form, because form is empty by its own form. Here, there are three types of form: the completely imputed form, the dependent form, and the nature of reality form. Whatever is grasped by the characteristics of being perceived as form and so on by these childish ordinary people, and has the nature of a real object, that is called the completely imputed form. That itself is what kind of appearance

That which appears as an object is called the conceptually imputed form. That which is separated from those aspects, the perfectly established, which is just suchness, is called the form of suchness. Among these, this perfectly established, the form of suchness, which is the emptiness of the nature of the totally imputed, possessing the characteristic of the perfectly established suchness, is not form. It is not the nature of form, because in all aspects it is separated from the appearance and aspects of form. If that is the case, if there is no form in any aspect, then by what is it said that this is emptiness? Because emptiness that is separated from an object does not exist. It is also unreasonable for suchness to be different from phenomena, and it is unreasonable for phenomena to be different from suchness. To address such doubts, it should be said: there is no form apart from emptiness. What would be said? Just as impure water is called mud in an impure state, and water in a pure state. Just as in an impure state, the sky is called a bad place, and in a pure state it is called the sky. Similarly, this emptiness, for children, in an impure state, is expressed by words such as form that are not individually separate, and in a pure state it is called emptiness. Therefore, emptiness is not phenomena such as form that are individually separate, that is the meaning. Thus, when phenomena and suchness exist without difference, it is said in the hundredfold path that form itself is emptiness. When one wants to express phenomena with suchness, in the hundredfold path it is said that emptiness is form. When one wants to express the suchness of phenomena, it is also said there that form itself is emptiness, the form of suchness itself is emptiness, only emptiness is called form. Emptiness is just that, it is expressing the form of suchness. At that time, because the totally imputed and conceptually imputed forms are completely non-existent, therefore it is impossible to abide even in the perfectly established, so it is said: do not abide in form. Similarly, feeling

It also applies to sounds and so on. Thus, after closely showing the proof of non-abiding, the fault of abiding is shown. Why is that? If one abides in form, it means that due to not being skilled in the means of form, one grasps in an inappropriate way, and one does not understand the characteristics of phenomena that are without reality, thinking, "I am the nature of form," or "This of mine is form," or "The nature of form is this," this is abiding in form. That is the manifestation of form, the conceptualization of form, and the practice of the accompanying phenomena of action, not the meaning of the practice of the perfection of wisdom that follows the nature of emptiness. The fault is also shown in the practice of manifestation; if one practices manifestation, one is not fully grasping the perfection of wisdom. Why is that? Because one falls into self-grasping and grasping at what belongs to self, one practices manifestation, and therefore one does not obtain grasping the perfection of wisdom, obtaining yoga, complete perfection, and definite liberation. It is said that one grasps by not grasping, and it is said how one grasps without grasping. It is said that there is no grasping of form, etc., and this is called the proof of non-grasping. This proof is also shown in three ways: non-grasping of phenomena, non-grasping of wisdom, and non-grasping of signs. Among them, the time of non-grasping of phenomena begins with "There is no grasping of form" in the perfection of wisdom, and extends until "Even omniscience is not grasped." The time of non-grasping of signs begins with "It is not grasping at signs" and extends until "Even consciousness is not grasped." The time of non-grasping of wisdom begins with "Therefore, that wisdom does not correctly see joy and happiness" and extends until "One should understand the perfection of wisdom."
