That is taught in the eighth chapter called "Those." The reason given is, "Why is that?" "Having made the Dharmakaya the measure" means that the Dharmakaya is of two types: the Dharmakaya of teaching and the Dharmakaya of realization. Again, make those two the measure. Because among the teachings, this is the main one. The Dharmakaya of realization is included in the Prajnaparamita. In some places, there is a reading of "the Dharmata of Dharmakaya itself," that is, making Dharmata the measure. "This and that" should be related to the actions that are spoken of, and so on. Thinking of benefit means striving to be liberated from unwanted things. Joy means being pleasing. Respect means the state of not transgressing, which is produced by meditating on the distinctions of qualities. Goodness means obtaining freedom from illness, and so on. Abiding in bliss means the Tathagata abiding in bliss. What is to be done means serving, and so on. Offering means flowers, and so on. What should be thought about is "How does the Bhagavan exist?" Because one must always think, therefore, the one with qualities makes the qualities of this and that manifest. "Speaking" means being able to speak. A kalpa, or as much as possible, will become a slightly extra kalpa. After that, if you want to explain it in detail, then what does Ananda say in brief? That is, "How," and so on. "Ananda, therefore" means that because hundreds of thousands of kalpas also start from this entrustment, and one is able to proclaim it, therefore the Bhagavan, who is combined with immeasurable qualities, is immeasurable, and therefore the entrustment is also immeasurable. "At the time of complete destruction, it will be completely taken up afterwards" means destruction from the meaning shown by images, and so on. From the nearby harm from mice, etc., it is destroyed from the books and separated. "Ananda, therefore" means that because the six paramitas also necessarily arise from the Prajnaparamita, therefore the two times of complete giving and complete entrustment, and correct entrustment, have the same meaning. Turning the wheel of Dharma and afterwards

The meaning of "completely surrounding" is that Dharma is the four noble truths, which are the objects of knowledge for the noble ones. Therefore, suffering is the object of knowledge, and all that is known arises from this. The wheel of those Dharmas is the assembly, and if it completely surrounds the continuum of those to be tamed, it is because the power of the teachings generates their realization. Therefore, the wheel of Dharma is spoken of in the path of seeing. Therefore, how can one say that all manifest the state of an Arhat? If the Dharma teacher attains the state of an Arhat through what Dharma, is that not turning the wheel of Dharma? Indeed, but in the presence of the Buddhas of the past, it is only said, "My Shravaka, you have not done the work of a Shravaka." In the presence of the great mothers, even now, it is only recited, "My Shravaka, you have not done the work of a Shravaka." Therefore, some unwise people who do not understand the meaning of the term "wheel of Dharma" only add this. The statement that the term "wheel of Dharma" only refers to teaching the Dharma is not followed by those who are skilled in the order of the scriptures. A *chu tsod* is a *chu tsod*. Half of a *chu tsod* is a fraction of it. A *thad cig* is thirty *yud tsam*. Sixty *kshana* of that is a *yud tsam*. A *kshana tsam* is one hundred and twenty *kshana*. The limit of time is a *kshana*. Taking *kshana* etc., is in order, as appropriate, for the sake of being known by people of sharp, medium, and dull faculties. The nature of this complete action should be known in a *kshana*. Because it is not named on one, this is the saying of Acharya Vimuktisena. After that, "Bhagavan," etc., is the true manifestation of Bhagavan Akshobhya Buddha together with the Buddha-field and retinue. Again, truly showing that is for the purpose of generating desire for it. For the sake of being born in a pure Buddha-field, and for the sake of the aspirations of those to be tamed, for the sake of generating joy in the Bodhisattvas who have faith in the vast, this is Acharya Sng
