Therefore, its own nature is established from itself. If it is said that suchness, which is made by conceptualization, is not established, then from non-conceptualization, what is its establishment? Because on the one nature, the establishment of various aspects is entirely the characteristic of one conceptualization. Therefore, the term "suchness" is also called the nature of merely a common characteristic for the purpose of eliminating the conceptualization of terms such as persons. Here it should be said that saying that suchness is not seen as different is indeed a well-spoken statement in relation to those blinded by ignorance. As it is said: When ignorance arises, like those with eye disease seeing yellow flowers, what is seen is not true, and the truth is obscured and remains. Therefore, the fact that it is not apparent to the consciousness of ordinary beings is only its virtue, not a fault, because it is the realm of activity of the noble ones. For that very reason, this is called the ultimate truth. It is not a sentient being proximately imputed by mere conceptualization, because it is to be individually known by the noble ones themselves. For that very reason, it is called the ultimate limit by the meaning of non-perversion. Even so, it is said: Suchness and ultimate limit, signlessness and ultimate meaning, the realm of dharma and various names, are the condensed meaning of emptiness. Non-perversion has no other meaning, its cessation and the realm of the noble ones, are the cause of the noble dharma, the order of names and meanings is thus. The explanation for this is that suchness is suchness by the meaning of no otherness, and the ultimate limit is the ultimate limit by the meaning of non-perversion, and signlessness is signlessness by the meaning of negating signs, and the ultimate meaning is the ultimate meaning because it is the realm of activity of the wisdom of the noble ones, and the realm of dharma is the realm of dharma because it is the realm of activity of the wisdom of the ultimate meaning, and so on. Regarding the three natures, it is also said: Knowing each of those meanings separately, at once in the three characteristics, complete knowledge, abandonment, and attainment are desired in order. Since the two are not truly seen, the aspects of the two transform, and by being separated from that, the perfectly established is realized as non-duality.

Where to do? The elephant is invisible, its form is separate, and focusing on the trees, just like focusing on illusion, merely focusing on the mind, it is said that one does not focus on the meaning itself. Because one does not focus on the meaning of the knowable, nor does one focus on the mind, because one does not focus on both, one focuses on the Dharmadhatu itself. Because one focuses on the Dharmadhatu, the mind is no longer focused on. Focusing pervades everything, because the meaning of self-nature is thoroughly accomplished, one obtains unsurpassed Bodhi, endowed with wisdom, is the self-nature of the three bodies. Thus it is said. In the Explanation of Reasoning, it is also said that the wisdom of the noble ones is beyond the world, its meaning is the ultimate truth. Its object is not its own characteristic, because its object is the general characteristic that cannot be spoken of. Again, what is the measure for this? Is it worldly wisdom or transcendental wisdom? It is solely transcendental wisdom, the worldly wisdom obtained after transcendental wisdom, that is the measure, others are not the measure. Therefore it is said, the realm with beginningless time, all phenomena completely depend on it, because of its existence, all beings, realizing Nirvana, should also tend to this from the beginning. For the ultimate truth of the self-born ones, without eyes yet burning with light, it is not seeing the mandala of the sun. Thus it is said. In this way, these verses also become consistent. The eye is not a measure, the ear is not, the nose is not, the tongue is not a measure, the body and mind are also not. If these faculties become a measure, one would not act through the noble path. Thus it is said. The venerable Nagarjuna also said, without a basis, likewise unclear, inconceivable, unspeakable, what does not arise and does not cease, is neither permanent nor annihilated, that is equal to space, is not a letter, is not the realm of knowledge, that is itself the ultimate truth, suchness is considered a substance, that is true, does not deceive, realizing it is called Buddha. Similarly, birth itself is said in the praise of the Dharmadhatu, the Dharmadhatu is not birth, there is no cessation.
