It is also the earth. Similarly, when giving alms, the diligence that manifestly increases for the sake of all sentient beings is the armor of diligence. Similarly, giving alms is the time of giving alms, and even at the time of dedication, remembering the all-knowingness itself, and the mind becoming one-pointed is the armor of meditation. The reason for focusing on that one alone is the synonym for focusing solely on all-knowingness. Similarly, when giving alms, remembering things like illusions, and not abandoning non-conceptual memories, and because conventional truth is not abandoned, dedicating to enlightenment, and because ultimate truth is not abandoned, the yoga memory of no object is the armor of wisdom. Similarly, when giving alms completely, even though one wishes to perfect the six perfections with the memory of practicing yoga without focusing, one does not focus on the characteristics of generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom, and even though one engages in making it common with all sentient beings, one does not focus on that characteristic, and even though one dedicates it to perfect and complete enlightenment, one does not focus on the characteristic of enlightenment. Thus, this memory of not focusing on all phenomena is the six perfections of ultimate truth. Because it is completely grasped, it is called the armor of the six perfections. Because of the very teaching of the perfections of ultimate truth, they are shown separately. Furthermore, when a Bodhisattva protects morality, for the sake of acting in accordance with morality, giving alms, etc., with a mind in accordance with morality, making it common with all sentient beings and dedicating it to enlightenment, that is, practicing morality is the armor of generosity. Similarly, doing alms and so on with a mind in accordance with patience, and for the sake of acting in accordance with diligence, and for the sake of acting in accordance with meditation, on everything

It should be applied. Stinginess and immoral discipline, and afflictions such as harmful thoughts that have become adverse factors should be eliminated, as well as conformity, etc. In this way, it should also be applied to all perfections. In order to begin the second question, Venerable, by how much does a Bodhisattva Mahasattva truly enter the Great Vehicle? What is the Great Vehicle of a Bodhisattva Mahasattva? Thus he spoke. After speaking thus, the Venerable Kashyapa showed the ten aspects of the Great Vehicle, and the ten aspects of truly entering into it, and thus showed that one truly enters the Great Vehicle. In this regard, previously the four form absorptions and the four immeasurables, and the four formless attainments, and those twelve dharmas and the six perfections, if meditated upon, are the Great Vehicle, and contemplating their aspects, signs, and characteristics, and making them common with all sentient beings, and completely dedicating them to enlightenment, is truly entering that Great Vehicle. After showing this, Venerable Shariputra, this is the Great Vehicle of a Bodhisattva Mahasattva, and thus a Bodhisattva Mahasattva is called one who has truly entered the Great Vehicle. Thus, the entry is summarized. Then, if those six perfections and twelve dharmas are completely perfected, it is the Great Vehicle, and in order to show that striving for it, as it appears in the sutras, is truly entering, Venerable Shariputra, this is the Great Vehicle of the six perfections of a Bodhisattva Mahasattva, and thus a Bodhisattva Mahasattva is called one who has truly entered the Great Vehicle, this is the second one shown. What is called giving refers to the giving of Dharma here. If it is meditated upon in all ways, from the four mindfulnesses, etc., up to the ultimate of the unmixed Buddha dharmas, these dharmas are the Great Vehicle, and striving to meditate on them in all ways is truly entering.
