Obeisance to the youthful Manjushri! A vast explanation of the Holy Perfection of Wisdom in One Hundred Thousand Lines, Twenty-Five Thousand Lines, and Eighteen Thousand Lines. A vast explanation of the Holy Perfection of Wisdom in One Hundred Thousand Lines, Twenty-Five Thousand Lines, and Eighteen Thousand Lines. A vast explanation of the Holy Perfection of Wisdom in One Hundred Thousand Lines, Twenty-Five Thousand Lines, and Eighteen Thousand Lines. Volume One. Homage to youthful Manjushri! The essence of wisdom, the lord of transcendence, I respectfully bow to the mother of the Buddhas. For the benefit of the guru's teachings to me, I wish to destroy the harm of this treatise. For the sake of the Form Body of the Thus-Gone Ones, and for the protection of the assembly of the Holy Dharma, the Holy Great Bodhisattva Vajrapani asked within the retinue, and with the words "Thus have I heard," the Holy Maitreya promised that the explanation of the Perfection of Wisdom is as I have heard. Thus, the Blessed One, from various worlds, to the various lineages of beings to be tamed, and to those with different thoughts, behaviors, inclinations, and faculties, in a single instant, also speaks of impermanence, suffering, emptiness, peace, non-arising, non-cessation, primordial peace, and the distinctions of self-nature nirvana, and the distinctions of aggregates, elements and sense-fields, dependent arising, and the noble truths, and the distinctions of mindfulness, perfect abandonment, the foundations of miraculous power, and faculties, and the distinctions of the ten powers, fearlessness, and unmixed qualities of the Buddhas, with various languages, various doors, various sounds, various miracles, various entrances, and various attainments of results, in that very instant, he teaches with one wisdom. As it is said, "In the immeasurable and countless realms of the ten directions, the wisdom of peace gathers beings.
