Thinking that revealing one aspect of all dharmas in this way would be of great benefit, it is thus determined again: What is the meaning of the statement that all dharmas are of the nature of non-substantiality? The term "all dharmas" refers to the imputed dharmas and the perfectly established dharmas. Among them, the imputed dharmas are said to be of the nature of extreme non-substantiality because they do not exist. The perfectly established dharmas are the aspect that is the opposite of Suchness as a real entity. Grasping the meaning of this non-substantiality, it is called the nature of non-substantiality. Because of arising, it is called substantial, therefore conditioned dharmas are called substantial. The opposite of that, the inexpressible, the form of self-cognition by each individual, is the nature of non-substantiality, which is shown to be Suchness. Thus, this itself reveals the existence and non-existence of dharmas. Because the Bhagavan also said: "Where something is not, one thoroughly knows that it is empty of that, just as it is. And whatever remains there, one thoroughly knows that it is present here, just as it is." Therefore, the characteristic of the nature of non-substantiality of all dharmas is not fully understood; this is called the nature of non-substantiality, which is emptiness. The Suchness of all dharmas, the Suchness of the Dharmadhatu, and the Suchness of the ultimate reality, although Suchness is one in all cases, it is established in three ways because the way of entering its basis is different: through the knowledge of the aspect of the path, through the knowledge of all aspects, and through the knowledge of all. Whatever outer and inner dharmas there are, their perfectly established nature is called the Suchness of all dharmas, such as the Suchness of form, the Suchness of sound, the Suchness of smell, and so on. The Dharmakaya, the Tathagatagarbha transformation of all Buddhas, is the second, the Suchness of the Dharmadhatu, which is all the dharmas of the Buddhas.

Because it is the basis of everything. The nirvana without remainder of the aggregates of Hearers and Solitary Buddhas is called the Suchness of the ultimate reality. It means that this will not manifest the ultimate reality, nor will it take rebirth, nor will it manifest the ultimate reality, which is what is said from those (sutras). Furthermore, the so-called Suchness of all dharmas, the former refers to the effortless accomplishment on the eighth bhumi, because it reveals the conceptualization through non-conceptualization. Here, it should be understood that it is said in order to reveal the ultimate bhumi. The so-called wanting to know how many fine dust particles of the earth there are, this refers to the special qualities such as the entering of knowledge into the fine dust particles from the tenth bhumi. The so-called wanting to crush with the tip of one finger, just as the wind is suppressed by walls and so on, the wind that destroys pervading all realms of the world is also crushed by the tip of one finger like walls and so on. The so-called wanting to fill up with one cross-legged posture means that if one wants to cover with my seat, one would fill up the sky. The so-called one alms bowl means with food at one time, it is synonymous with "with food at the same time." "Bhagavan, how does a Bodhisattva Mahasattva seek with what kind of giving?" means how does one perfect the six perfections with just the perfection of giving? Because of non-distraction and no conceptualization, it is called the perfection of meditation, meaning that because one is not distracted when giving and there is no conceptualization, therefore one perfects the perfection of meditation. The so-called completely knowing all dharmas in a non-objective way means not objectifying knowing all dharmas with wisdom. Regarding the flesh eye and the divine eye, etc., the eye of the form body is the flesh eye. Samadhi, meditative absorption, and all supernormal knowledge are the divine eye. The omniscient knowledge is the eye of wisdom.

Knowing the path to go everywhere, knowing the superior and non-superior faculties, and knowing the various inclinations and various realms is the eye of Dharma. The wisdom of the path of the Arhat, gathered by diamond-like samadhi, is the eye of the Buddha. Shariputra, furthermore, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, having heard all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who teach the Dharma in all the realms of the ten directions, generate the power of mindfulness, and with an unwavering power of mindfulness, wish to truly grasp it, and in order to not waste anything until they attain the unexcelled, perfect, and complete enlightenment, they should train in the Prajnaparamita. This is what the scriptures say. The term "darkness has become pitch black" refers to the fact that all the worlds are darkness. The term "wishing to train in the conduct of the Tathagata" refers to the fact that the secret of the body is the realm of those who have attained the ten bhumis, so it is said. The term "elephant's gaze" refers to the way noble ones look; they do not look up, they do not look down, they do not squint to the left or right, they do not turn their necks to look back, they do not strain to look far away, nor do they look without effort at what is near. Rather, with the conduct of how they abide and the eye of how they look, they look at all sentient beings and all dharmas in all realms of the world. This is explained as "elephant's gaze." The terms "walking, standing, and sitting" refer to the fact that at the Bodhi tree, one abides in three kinds of conduct. The term "sleeping" refers to the great complete Nirvana, because both of these states cannot be shaken by ordinary people. If all the ground trodden by the feet of the Tathagata became like diamond, what fault would there be? Because the five desirable qualities would not arise. The statement that one holds the five desirable qualities in order to fully ripen sentient beings refers to the fact that Bodhisattvas on the eighth bhumi are like Arhats, completely separated from afflictions, and afflictions do not arise for them.
